Very rude and selective on friendliness especially from the mean stern face Asian lady. After picking up a doordash order, I said " Thank you and have a great day" she looked at me with a blank face and didn't say anything. And this isn't the only incident with her it's happened on multiple occasions and one would think after seeing me multiple times she would be a bit cool but nope it's the same thing everytime. I was craving wings and this store was close and convenient. I ordered 20 wings. I was able to pick two flavors. All takeout. No eat in. But it's not a place you would want to spend time. There is a hand rigged covid shield in place so you don't have any physical-contact with employees. It's home made and looks sad. I selected Teriyaki and bbq. To be honest I could barely tell the difference between between them. The sauces had spilled all over the bag so perhaps they were all the same! Wings were $20 for 20. The wings are served in styrofoam and the sauces spilled all over the bag. I ordered again the next week and had the same issue. I couldn't keep the takeout level and sauce was everywhere. They have Philly steaks, gyros and burgers, but to my surprise, nothing as far as deli sandwiches which is odd considering their name "ATL Deli". They also have seafood on their menu. I went ahead and placed a to-go order for the gyro with wings combo; which came with 5 wings, french fries, and a canned drink. Not bad for 11.99. The wait was not long at all; the service was fast and the staff there was very friendly! The gyro was a nice size, but it was unfortunately nothing compared to gyros I've had. It did not have a lot of meat, and the flavor was a bit on the bland side. The wings were pretty decent in the lemon pepper flavor. Nice and crispy. Overall, okay experience! I guess they changed their name to ATL Wings which makes sense now because ATL Deli wasn't giving a good impression.... So we came for late night eats and just wanted wings. It was about 45 minutes to closing time but we made it out of there with 30 wings that were still hot and crispy when we got home. I don't know what everyone is talking about but the wings we had were good! I really liked the Honey Lemon Pepper and the Lemon Pepper was pretty standard. I do have to say, though, that their Medium Hot wings werent the best. Something is off about it but it did its job. Maybe bc we were hungry, not sure but, I won't order them again. Also, the Ranch dressing is off, too. Definitely not the creamy, thick Hidden Valley ranch dressing you're used to. Again, it did its job but I won't request it next time. Wing size are average, btw. They have burgers and gyros here but I wouldn't say I'm inclined to try either but rather just stick to the wings. Don't expect any fancy decor. Came here yesterday. I always pasted by but finally stopped in. Very happy that I did. I ordered the tilapia fish combo and 10 wings (lemon pepper and medium flavored...because what other flavors matter?! Lol ) my boyfriend he ate the fish and he enjoyed it. The combo includes fries, hush puppies and a drink. The young lady at the counter was very welcoming and personable. We chatted a little while my food was being made. I watched as the chef globbed some topping with a spatula onto a wrap which appears to be my gyro. My son liked his sandwich. The fries needed some salt. My gyro, if you would call it that was overwhelmed with this concoction of gunk that is supposedly tzatziki sauce? My wings were small and crispy and sitting in their own pool of sauce. I've never had wings that way. After scraping away the gyro gunk, there was a little meat and veg. But a big disappointment. I've had better at other diners and grills. He asked for extra meat on the gyros and the cashier asked if he wanted 1, 2, or 3. The roomie didn't know what he was talking about. Eventually someone from the back came out to help the guy on the register. This place is named ATL Deli. I was expecting some soul or something. Everyone that works here is Asian. Its gives off a Chinese fast food vibe. Oh and the sauce on the Gyro didn't even taste like tzatziki sauce. Which was globbed on the tip of the gyro. The order arrived super fast i ordered 10 lemon pepper and 5 honey lemon pepper the wings had a weird taste like the grease was old or something but it wasn't over bearing the lemon pepper wings had great flavor not to much lemon slight hint of garlic salt they were a 7.5 out of 10 but those honey lemon pepper were to die for 10 for 10 a must try the lemon with the sweetness of the honey OMG. the only other thing i can say is there was a lot of oil in the tray they came in but other that great tasting wings might make this my Friday wing spot!!!! read more
