I will be back again…read more For the most part this place was pretty good. We just came back from seeing the Lion King so the time is about 11:00 p.m. I know I wasn't going home to cook so my daughter suggested we come here for a late night snack. Well in my case I wanted more than a snack. The parking lot as well as inside it was well lit so the Ambiance definitely gave safe and not a hole in the wall type Vibe so definitely pleased with that. It was a little busy as far as patrons inside eating but there was no wait in line Which was a good thing. After looking at the menu for a few minutes I decided on a rice bowl and chose the chicken and shrimp Rice Bowl as well as a garden salad with only lettuce cucumber and cheese. My daughter wanted the honey Ole Bay garlic Wings something to that sort which came with fries and Mom just wanted a side of fries. The bill came up to a little less than $50 ... crazy but that's what we get for stepping out late at night and wanted something convenient so I get that we were paying for convenience all fine and well. Our order was ready in less than 15 minutes even though the guy told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I want to say the food was ready in about 12 minutes which was okay. We drove about 10 minutes away and I began to dive in immediately the food was super hot as far as temperature and overall it was good. I don't think I would get it with the rice again but I would definitely order it again. The chicken was good the shrimp was good cabbage was a bit Tangy but it was okay it wasn't nothing that I couldn't stomach again. My daughter loved hers but every time she goes there she gets the same thing. I did taste some fries... just okay but I'm good on the fries. Nevertheless I would recommend you come here at least to try it out. The menu is massive so it should be something for everyone to try from vegetarian or not. Parking plentiful even though it's located inside of a shopping plaza us arriving 11:30 p.m. at night on a Saturday it was no parking issues at all and I'm sure during daylight hours you wouldn't have an issue as well. You can very well call your order in or place an order online but because this is my first time I ended up waiting until we got to the restaurant to place my order. All in all try them out especially if it's close to the midnight hour and you didn't want to pull up to somebody's drive-thru. If you're in the area definitely check them out. Have fun and enjoy life ;)

A live musician was present and the TVs were on as well as chatter field the room definitely a vibe in my opinion. I ordered a fresh Margarita which was very good I believe the bartender that assisted us last night was Heather she's so bomb thank you Heather see you next time girl:) I ordered a half a pound of the blackened shrimp steamed shrimp that is with a side of fries. Oh my gosh I think they probably gave me about 10 oz of fries I couldn't eat them all but definitely hand cut fries are 10 out of 10 here. If you're in the area definitely check them out highly recommend. Have fun and enjoy life. :)

Definitely good for "fast food"! I typically get the poke bowls, but this was my first time trying their ramen. The food was served quickly, and it was during lunch time. A perk was having a booster seat, which a lot of "fast food" places don't have. I always get less sweetener for my tea, and the Peach Berry Flavor is 10/10! There are also tablets that you can order on, but using the tablet with a toddler isn't the easiest. It was a nice, cozy, quick lunch date!

I was really excited to try this spot, and I wish I would have kept going…read more To start, the ordering kiosk was broke; not a problem, I'll order at the register. Wrong. There were no menus, and I was expected to order using the pictures on the wall, some that had no prices. While ordering, I was informed that the majority of drinks were out; the only choices were diet Pepsi, lemonade, sweet tea and orange. How is this possible. Anyway, there was some confusion on how many sides came with each meal, leading me to end up with more sides. After ordering, I waited a while for my food. I asked for hot sauce, ketchup and utensils...I was given a few unwrapped forks from a cup, and told they didn't have packets. They pointed me to a table with a few bottles, including Franks Red Hot. Not sure it was supposed to be that color so I skipped it. On to the food. First up was the sides of mac and cheese and collards. At $4 per side, the containers were tiny. I would complain, but the sides were so bad, I'm glad I didn't have much to eat. The collards were dry, had no taste, but were somehow spicy. The mac and cheese was okay, but runny. Next was the fish sandwich; they were out of lettuce and tomato, so that wasn't an option. The portion on this was good, but it was simply bread and fish, no sauce. The fish tasted a bit plasticy, so I tossed. Now comes the fried chicken. Holy guacamole, the chicken was great! Top five in Hampton Roads!!! Overall, the experience at this location sucked. I won't be returning, but I am up to visit other locations.

If you're in a hurry....keep on driving and find somewhere else to go! They are unacceptably slow!…read more I'm torn with my review. So I'm unsure of the number of stars this restaurant should receive. * Ambience/space - one star - there is no ambience. This place has been in the community for years! We need to do better. Not sure if we need an investor or just some push for the owners to not only clean the waiting area, but use clean rags when doing so. The cloths that were used while I was there were disgusting. I'm willing to donate! Clean or change the presentation counter. Update the furniture. * Service - one star - no greeting when you come in; no intro to the new system (I was the only one who used it); I waited 40 mins for my food (I have receipts!) and didn't get an apology or offered a beverage. I decided to wait because it was storming terribly and I didn't want to go through the hassle of a refund with the new machine (the young man at the counter said he would have to ask how to do it); there were three people ahead of me and about seven or eight behind me. Everyone received their order and I was left there alone (people exiting kept wishing me good luck!). I was told "my chicken is still frying." I ordered 2 two-piece snacks and an order of fish bites. Oh she gave me extra fries...thank you but no thank you. Sometimes an apology, a smile, a free beverage, extra food (not fries), or a free meal makes a huge difference. I've been coming to this location since 2016 and my hubby's family have been patrons since this location opened! Wow! Let's do better Feather-n-Fin! Chicken and fish are on point. Three and a half (don't have a half star) stars for the food ! Thank you!
