The food usually comes out relatively fast. I ordered the Hampton roads cheese steak, the prime rib, and the salad, onion rings, and the collard greens and all the food I have eaten has been good. No issues there. The management staff is pretty visible during busy times but don't see them openly helping staff. I think the restaurant is decent for spending your casino points but if I was paying to eat out, I would definitely not spend my money to eat here.
