Spoke with the owner, very welcoming as soon as I walked in. I ordered the food to go but the restaurant had enough sitting if you wanted to eat your meal there. I got the wings and shrimp meal (extra shrimp). All of it was very good and tasted fresh. Anywhere I go, I have to try out their ranch and it very good with the food. New to the area and wanted to find a wing place I like so I started here. I ordered the 7Fry7 which I think is a really cool deal. It comes with wings, shrimp and fries. I got lemon pepper (dry) wings and buffalo mild shrimp. The shrimp were a bit soggy by the time I got home but still edible. The fries were good (get the seasoned ones). The wings are solid but I would definitely order them fried hard. It was $27 total which is kinda high but everything is high. The server was young but nice. This has been my "go to" spot when I'm in the area. I've only tried one item on their numerous combinations menu so that mainly is what I'll speak on. They have a special called the "7fry7" which is 7 wings and 7 fried shrimp, side and drink. I've had numerous of these and they never disappoint. My flavor of choice has been Lemon pepper on both my wings and shrimp and the flavor and preparation is excellent. My side is usually their breadsticks, which are flavorful. Starting to think restaurants here in Norfolk, VA are a bit shady. This is the second place where the prices charged are different from what is advertised. Ordered the family special 36 wings and breadsticks for $45 or so I thought. I asked how many flavors we could order, he said 3 and I ordered 3. Got there and was shocked at the total ($66.09), so I mentioned that the prices online must be incorrect, the cashier nonchalantly shrugs and said it depends on where you're looking, like it was my fault. Her attitude also let me know they were aware of the discrepancies, which means they are purposely not fixing the prices advertised. It is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure that the proper prices are displayed online; especially on Google as that is a major platform. I would have understood if it was on a less known third party site. Ended up paying because I didn't want any drama but can't figure what happened, because even with the updated menu I was given, the price was $57.50. So how did we get to $66.09?! Now on to the food, the wings were ok, not well seasoned but there was enough sauce on the outside. They clearly weren't marinated well because once you bite into it, it's quite bland. The breadsticks were TERRIBLE, they were dark brown, dry and oily. Almost like they fried them multiple times, which I don't know why breadsticks would be fried in the first place. The wings here are always huge juicy and crispy! The fries are always crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Their ranch I could drink straight from the ramekin. The portions are huge. They have a lot of deals depending on the weekday you come. I only wish they had a better variety of sauces though the ones they have are good! Checked in to this restaurant to use the "free loyalty app" advertised on Yelp. The specialist who was I guess the supervisor laughed and said this was old and she couldn't help me even though I showed her it still being on the website. She then said she would ask the manager, but she then said they were "on a plane somewhere" and she couldn't reach them. It seemed like at the very least she could at least honored the request after I showed them and then had it corrected but she did neither. Came in here right before closing time with a few teammates for a fundraiser. They have a lot of options, I got a combo of 6 boneless wings, fries, some veggies, a drink, and a side of ranch for 6.99. The staff was friendly they had a positive impact on my experience. It is a super casual place, no one was wearing a uniform so it's a really laid back restaurant. I noticed they had liters of soda (Walmart brand) for sale in their fridge as well as store bought cake that they sell which I thought was kind of odd. I tried the lemon and strawberry cake, I think the strawberry cake was better compared to the lemon. Then again one of the employees said they buy it at the store every day so it doesn't reflect on the restaurant's produce. The food wasn't greasy, wing joints like these usually carry very greasy wings but these were perfect. The only downfall was I wish I got more and bigger bits of veggies (I love celery). My wife and I have come here many times for wings, and normally do not have a problem. The last time we went, we got a rather large order (50 wings & 1# of fries) that included 2 different flavors of wings. Turns out half the order didn't have any sauce at all, so I called to complain. The front counter employee put the owner on the phone and I let him decide how to fix the problem. Since I didn't have the option of going back that night, he told me "Let me get your name, and I'll put it in our book by the register so the next time you come in we'll redo your order." Well, today I went in and was told by the owner "I don't know who told you that, but we don't have a book. Sorry dude." Good luck if your order isn't quite right. The biggest downside is the customer service most of the people that work here are ok but I think it is the owner, Frank maybe, he always looks pissed off. I don't like his face. And the prices are jacked up, they have sales and if you don't specifically say you saw the sale price they'll charge you full price.
