I'm a JJ fan. The delivery is awesome and the sandwiches are usually fantastic. I say usually because for some reason this location seems to skimp on the lettuce and tomato's compared to other locations I've ordered from. Lettuce gives a sandwich that amazing crunch. Hope they fix this read more

Terrible attitude and customer service at this Jimmy John's. This was my first time ordering from this location in airport and I didn't know what I wanted so I was trying to decide the cashier rushed me through the selection. Then when I asked to modify the selection she sort of gave me an attitude and almost yelled at me. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location again as their employees truly need lessons in customer service. The food itself had so much Mayo and they do not have a toaster so they cannot toast the cheese. Place is also very small inside the airport. Again worst experience of my life do not recommend. read more

Ran in for a gift card. Someone helped me almost as soon as i entered. Second person had to help with the card but got it done quickly. No food, just the card. read more

I always consider Jimmy Johns sandwiches to be average at best but others in my group wanted to get food from here. As expected, my sandwich was average as was my wife's. But what stood out was something I didn't know about - getting a "sandwich" in lettuce instead of bread. The others did that and I will try it the next time I am taken along to Jimmy Johns. Now, about this location. Probably the worst parking I have ever seen in this kind of mall location. Very little in front of the restaurant, drives in every direction, blind corners. Not their fault, other than selecting to place a storefront here. There are other Jimmy Johns nearby, and might just be wroth the extra 5 or 10 minute drive. Summary - average sandwiches, interesting idea using lettuce leaves instead of bread, terrible parking lot. read more

This location is so poorly run. Multiple times we have waited over an hour for "freaky fast" delivery. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. read more

Meh. Convenient because they deliver. but my sandwich took 30 minutes to get to me, the driver was rude when he went to the wrong address and I didn't know where he was or how to give him directions from that wrong address. Paid $2 for bacon which they forgot, asked to have it cut which they didn't do. All in all $10.11 for a lil John sandwich (6.5") and "prompt" delivery was not worth it. read more

Jimmy John's - $2 extra for Bacon they didn't put on my sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

I love the #5 Italian I have eaten it from this location many times and is always tasty! The staff is friendly. The delivery option is fast and if I go in I typically order from the app as pick up. It is always ready quickly! read more

Freaky fast!? That's a joke. I ordered a sandwich to be delivered 45 minutes ago and just called to check on it and it hasn't even been MADE yet! It appears they were waiting for other orders so that they would have 4 to be delivered. I certainly wish I would have known that before ordering the sandwich to be delivered. At this point they're "freaky fast" delivery is going to be an hour and a half for 2 sandwiches. Never again... read more

The delivery here is not "freaky fast". I ordered one combo 45 mins ago from a location 5 mins. away. It's almost 3 pm on a Thursday, I'd imagine it's not very busy right now... As for the food, I'll have to update when it gets here. read more

I usually like jimmy johns, however, we waited 20 min for a sandwich and a pickle .. there were only three customers in the store. There were 3 workers and they were just chatting instead of Working to get the food out. My sandwich didn't have everything it was supposed to, was dry and the amount of meat on the #5 Vito was insulting. The tomatoes weren't ripe and there was mostly lettuce. The pickle was by far the best part of the meal. As I left I said thank you and the guy was less than enthused and didn't say thank you back... he said.."no problem". Won't be coming back .. read more

Sadly, I won't be ordering Jimmy John's anymore. I love their sandwiches, but one of the perks was the convenient, "freaky fast" delivery. The past 3 times I have ordered delivery it's been anything but! I have waited over an hour and 20 minutes each time. This defeats the purpose. read more

They don't honor refills for drinks what!?!? The lady manager said we can not get refill because she didn't see me paying for the drinks earlier. 1) why would I have the jimmy johns cup? It's not like I picked up one from the trash or something 2) I didn't even see you earlier so how would you know that I wasn't there to purchase the drink? 3) are you serious? Please put a sign that says no refill. 4) I want to hear back from franchise owners asap 5) I'll be filling a BBB complaint read more

Jimmy John's - Dunked - Sandwiches Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Nice people, was greeted and waited on right away. Just wish they would have given me a bigger bag to hold both sandwiches. Went to 3 stars- I go in here once a week. Each time I ask for the sandwich cut in half- they get it right half the time. As for the bag, this time I had to reach over the counter and get my own. Seriously, guys, it was 2 sandwiches, the meal cost $19 bucks, pretty sure a bag should be included with that price. read more

I'd like to take a moment to edit my previous review. I'd like to bump this particular location up from 3 stars to 4 stars. I work in Grapevine and I treat myself to Jimmy Johns every Friday for lunch. I bring my lunch Mon - Thur. You see, I'm a Jimmy John's FANATIC!!!! I'm not even kidding. I've been a fan for YEARS!! When I was pregnant with my first born back in 2008 my doctor said I could not have cold cut sandwiches. After giving birth in the hospital I told all my visitor's, "If you want to hold my baby you have to bring me a JJ's Turkey Tom." And, they did!! I've been to SEVERAL locations from Dallas, to Southlake, to North Denton, but let me tell you, none of them compare to the fella's at Grapevine. These guys not only act they have the best job ever, but they make my sandwich right EVERY time. This place is clean, too. I appreciate that. If you are looking for a super quick place to grab a cheap, GOOD, bite then look no further. Jimmy Johns Grapevine is where it's at!!! read more

Takes way too long for delivery, waited over 45 minutes for my food. Save your precious lunch time for a much quicker place.

I order from here often. The stop is two minutes away. The app push notification states out for delivery. Over 15 minutes later my order is delivered. I call to find out if the order is still coming, and the person who answers says, hello. Not, thank you for calling Jimmy John's how may I help you. Are you at home or work? He says she may have gone to the hospital. I have to ask, is she going herself to the hospital and don't expect the order. He then explains, no I think she stopped there first. Freaky all kinds of things other than fast. Late night crew needs some help and improvement! read more

The subs here bet the yellow sign place by a mile. The fresh bread and just right toppings are super. Only better subs I have ever eaten are Thundercloud in Austin. Love the #9. read more

Horrible! hardly any Tuna on a tuna sandwich. mostly lettuce, couldnt even taste the tuna

The food is great if you can get it. I've ordered twice and my friend ordered once in the last two months and we gave canceled because it was over an hour and we still didn't have the delivery. They don't seem to care so we order from Jersey Mike's now. read more

Sandwiches are good but service is not. The guy at the end handed me 4 sandwiches without bagging them up. He tried to balance them all in my hands and I said "Can I have a bag?". He handed me a bag and I tried to bag it up myself without dropping them on the ground (because they were still all in my hands). He seemed pretty oblivious. Then they forgot to give me the pickle I paid for, but it's not worth driving back to get it. I'll just go to Which Wich down the street next time. Better service, more sandwich options. read more

Worst.sandwich.ever. I order from this location all the time... however the last few times, the sandwiches have just gone down hill. Today topped it off.. a turkey tom. I asked for guac to be added. My husband goes to pick up our order, my sandwich is literally hard as a rock, no guac.. and get this.. NO meat! How hard is it to make a sandwich!!??!! Done ordering from this place!! read more

This location is absolutely horrible. Freaky fast? Stood there for 20 minutes as 3 people making a sandwich literally screwed up every single order. How many people does it take to make a sandwich correctly? Apparently more than 3. read more

I was beyond thrilled to have a JJ so close to my work; however, the 5 times I've been here ( keep in mind they've only opened a couple weeks ago & 2 of these times I've ordered for delivery) the workers have gotten my orders wrong 4/5 times! I assume that's what'll happen when you hire high school students, but seriously; these kids cannot even count the correct change nor can they read! My first delivey attempt, they forgot my mustard packets. Fine, it's just mustard but when you're charging me a $2.00 delivery fee for what's just across the parking lot, I expect bells & whistles! The second time, they forgot my avocado spreads, my cookie, and my cherry coke! I had to walk back to the store so that I could get my order right. Mustard packets i can live without but don't mess with my chocolate chip cookie and cherry coke! Anyhow, because I enjoy the freshness of the vegetables and breads plus they're right in my parking lot; I'll probably still come back. Hopefully the owner is reading this and can hire some students with a bit more capability to run a sandwich shop. read more

Not freaky fast! At all! Took 45 minutes to get a sandwich and a drink. And i am less than five minutes away. I was at work so had to have it delivered. 45 minutes waiting on an hour lunch break kinda sucked. And this was not during peak hours. This was at 2:53. It took so long there was not any ice left in my drink and its not summertime, its winter. Also i paid extra for avacado spread, wow, are yall ever stingy on that. One tiny little smudge of it for .70. Not too impressed Jimmy John. read more

Freaky fast.....?More like slothlike slow. I keep trying to give benefit of the doubt but it's slow every single time. Over an hour wait for delivery. read more

My review is specific to this particular Jimmy John's which is a great restaurant chain and you will always find great sandwiches at any Jimmy John's however this particular Jimmy Jones has a bunch of kids in there late teens early 20s and there seems to be no real management at this particular sandwich shop every time that I've been here there's loud music blasting from the kitchen area some F bombs are drop and in general the language from the employees is not appropriate for any restaurant and they're laughing and joking all the time I'm not trying to be a party pooper I enjoy a good laugh with my friends but if you go to this JJ don't be surprised if you're there with your family and/or kids and hear an f bomb or loud obnoxious music from the kitchen read more

This is the best Jimmy John's location. Quick and friendly. Better sandwich and experience than Jersey Mike's. Will definitely go back.

What a sad sandwich... good thing I paid for EXTRA meat on my hunters club... what a waste of money! Paid over $14 for this crap to have this delivered to me by a jimmy johns driver. read more

I thought these guys were supposed to be fast, but when I ordered ahead on their app, my sandwich wasn't even ready to be picked up at the selected time. Plus, they don't even deliver when I'm well within their radius. The sandwiches aren't actually half bad. HOWEVER, the portions at Jimmy Johns are laughable! I hate to admit this, but subway may actually give you more in their sandwiches. Another thing that sucks is that you can't add as many toppings as it's competitors.. Bread, ham, lettuce?! read more

What a great addition to the Vine. I have JJ catered at my office on occasion so I was familiar with their concept before going to this new location. I had the BLT and the bacon was crisp, the veggies were fresh and the bread was great. I asked for heavy mayo and got just what I asked for. They have those crunchy chips in different flavors that I love so. They don't have kids meals, but they do have a slim sandwich that comes without veggies. The staff was cleaning when they weren't waiting on customers and they were very friendly and helpful. Welcome to town JJ!!! read more

This is Subway. It's subway food. My sub was made super fast. There was even a sticker on the wrapper saying something like "golly our subs are fast!". But they are subway-quality. The pre-sliced meat and stuff is very similar to Subway, and the quality is about the same. It was a pretty sad-looking sub. I unrolled the thing and just saw the roll. Nothing sticking out. No thick layers of meat or anything really. It tasted OK. Not much to it like I said. The BBQ potato chips were really good. I was still hungry after because apparently my stomach has become a wild food-furnace from hell's volcano. But a trip to 7-11 cured that. Jimmy John's is the same as Subway. Don't be fooled. read more

I love JJ and I'm always happy with the service and speed of this location. My sandwiches are always good , plentiful meat and cheese. I will continue to frequent this location read more

As for the food, it is really really good. I love the bread. I have not had a bad sandwich here. As for the price, it is really good as well. The quality of the ingredients I feel is just better than a typical Subway. It is really clean in here. You can see the food being made. I have a hard time not finishing before I am finished with the drive home. read more

Got two sandwiches and it took some time even though no one was there. GF and I opened them up when we got home and both were covered in disgusting brown lettuce. Not just a piece or two but throughout the entire set of sandwiches. The people were nice which is why I gave an extra star. read more

Asked my husband to go pick up Jersey Mikes and he comes home with a bag from Jimmy Johns because he got the two stores confused. I was really disappointed in the quality of this sandwich. The bread was hard and stale, and there was absolutely no flavor. The meat was scarce (there was a 1 slice layer of turkey on an 8 inch sub). I felt like I was eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich. What kind of sandwich doesn't come standard with cheese? He also said he asked for pickles and they told him they don't have any. If you want a good sub, go to Jersey Mikes up the road in Southlake. I don't know how this place is still in business. read more

Usually pretty good. Better than Subway for sure. Delivery is usually pretty fast, but sometimes it can take a bit long.

The worst delivery service! Eveytime we order at work for almost every week for 2 months now, the order is always messed up! We order coke and instead, we get tea and diet coke! No straws, no napkins! The food is not that great either. I stopped ordering because i got tired of getting the wrong order! read more
