Maybe I'm just old, but I remember the days when Taco Bell was a value menu place to eat. Nearly 6 dollars for a Mexican pizza seems a bit ridiculous! Additionally, at these prices, you think there would be somebody who could take your order! But no to that, you have to either use their app (on your phone) or use the kiosk at the front counter! Though the place is bright and clean, the seating is very uncomfortable... And frankly, there's nothing which we could inviting about the atmosphere. In the short period of time that we were in the store, two different delivery driver showed up to pick up orders. Both were told they were already picked up!? Almost all menu items can be made to be vegetarian by substituting black beans/baked beans or potatoes for the ground beef that is the standard filling. The vegetarian Mexican Pizza and Black Bean Crunch wrap supreme are particularly noteworthy. I stopped by this location just after 8pm, Saturday night (I'm writing this review in the drive-thru of In-n-out just down the street) after getting off work and no one was there. I was the only car at the location. All other fast food places were packed. I guess that's why no one was here. I waited at the speaker for about 4 minutes then, just decided to leave. I've usually had decent service here but, today was not the day, I guess. I didn't see a soul as I drove around. Taco Bell is losing customers and this is a prime example why. read more

The last couple times I've come here the drinks all lacked carbonation or they just didn't have certain drinks at all and they don't tell you until you've paid for it. They just give you a flat drink and hope you don't come back to complain. Ordered a #7 (chicken quesadilla with crunchy taco), 3 crunchy tacos, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Quesadilla had 2 pieces of chicken, filled with cheese and a disgusting sauce; part of the tortilla was completely empty. The cheesy bean and rice burrito had overcooked rice, and the cheese and beans were only at one end of the burrito. The tacos were incredibly skimpy also.. Once we got our food and checked to make sure everything was there, we noticed two missing items. No big deal it happens. However, we stood at the counter for a little more than 7-8 minutes just waiting for them to Acknowledge us. Well they did & when I called to tell the restaurant of the error, no one picked up the phone. I ordered a power bowl with chicken & added ground seasoned beef which I paid for but was not added. I stated no black beans & yes they put black beans in. I also requested jalapeno dressing, that did not happen either. All in all I paid more for my order to be customized & I got the ordinary one on menu which should have been cheaper. I have had issues with my order at this place before. I really liked coming here for lunch because it was close to work. I always have my order messed up. They use to have free wifi but they stopped broadcasting about a month ago. I asked the manager about it and they only shrugged their shoulders. I will be eating down the street at another business that offers free wifi. Update* Decided to eat here again. This time I ordered a double decker taco and the cashier asked me if I wanted crispy or soft. WTF. it already comes as both. Second problem is that this store charges for extra red sauce. A relatively renovated, standard taco bell. Food has always been fresh and hot (By Taco Bell standards, everyone). My orders have always been correctly made. Wait-staff/front staff are friendly and responsive. Food is relatively cheap. What else can you expect from a Taco Bell...? Worst service ever. It only took 4 times before I realized how badly this place is being run. You think all taco bells are the same, but you deal with bad customer service enough times you realize it all depends on the management telling their employees to be friendly. Or at least interact with the customers. The last time I will ever went there I pulled up after ordering and the guy opens the window and just looks at me. No greeting, doesn't repeat the order, doesn't give me the total. Nothing. Just a staring contest. A blank look. They have that box that has the dollar amount so I just hand him my debit card, he hands it back. I hear him talking to another employee about one of the orders not being right, so I know he isn't a mute. Then he turns to me and hands me my food and closes the window. What if my order was wrong, or I wanted fire sauce, or confirmation everything was in the bag. Hey guy! Sometimes you have to say something. While previous experiences at the drive thru have been positive (quick and accurate), I was disappointed by my recent dine in experience. Specifically, the tables and floor were VERY dirty, covered with leftover food bits, straw wrappers and just plain dirty; not to mention the trash can was filled. I was most shocked by the kids' high chairs that not only have recent food, but also a kind of grime that looked like it may have been there a while! There was only another couple in the dining room and no one else came in after us, not even through the drive thru; so they weren't too busy. And, one guy came out and wiped down a couple of tables (that actually looked clean), but ignored the rest. I just don't understand. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. :( read more
