I stopped by this location just after 8pm, Saturday night (I'm writing this review in the drive-thru of In-n-out just down the street) after getting off work and no one was there. I was the only car at the location. All other fast food places were packed. I guess that's why no one was here. I waited at the speaker for about 4 minutes then, just decided to leave. The last couple times I've come here the drinks all lacked carbonation or they just didn't have certain drinks at all and they don't tell you until you've paid for it. They just give you a flat drink and hope you don't come back to complain. Quesadilla had 2 pieces of chicken, filled with cheese and a disgusting sauce; part of the tortilla was completely empty. I really liked coming here for lunch because it was close to work. I always have my order messed up. They use to have free wifi but they stopped broadcasting about a month ago. You think all taco bells are the same, but you deal with bad customer service enough times you realize it all depends on the management telling their employees to be friendly. While previous experiences at the drive thru have been positive (quick and accurate), I was disappointed by my recent dine in experience. Specifically, the tables and floor were VERY dirty, covered with leftover food bits, straw wrappers and just plain dirty; not to mention the trash can was filled. I was most shocked by the kids' high chairs that not only have recent food, but also a kind of grime that looked like it may have been there a while! There was only another couple in the dining room and no one else came in after us, not even through the drive thru; so they weren't too busy. And, one guy came out and wiped down a couple of tables (that actually looked clean), but ignored the rest. I just don't understand. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. :( read more
