Stop in to pick up quick lunch, older cashier was pleasant and friendly however Hispanic manager was the totally opposite. Had a coupon and she scolded me it was expired, I apologized and said I didn't check and said that's fine and she could please just toss them. She ignored me, oh well! I was one that always wondered how is Arby's still open?! Well I had a coupon online so I decided why not? The food was fantastic for fast food standards, it was hot, it tasted fresh, the potato cakes were super crunchy. I forget her name but there was a sweet older lady walking around asking how the food was like if it was a sit down restaurant she even asked if you needed anything and went in her way. Always issues with my orders at this location. Today they double my order and charged me twice when I only wanted one order. I told them I only ordered one serving but she said my card is already charged and there is nothing they can do about it. They could refund me but I don't want to risk them charing my card again. I figure I can just complain to corporate. Last time, they upsize my order to a 1/4 lbs or whatever without my consent and they charged me for the upsize. Great customer service and a nice interior, in fact one of the nicer fast-food interiors I have seen, along with classic Arby's favorites make this a 4-star expwrience in the fast food realm! So many restaurants, especially fast food ones, fall short in ambiance and customer experience that it has almost become too easy for places to set themselves apart by giving you just a little. Arby's typically does well with food. I guess with all of the other change introducing their macaroni and cheese, Arby's had to throw their hat into the ring.I saw a video where Arby's went against Chick-fil-A and macaroni and cheese, so I had to sample to see if it could stand up against Chick-fil-A or some of the other companies. I was totally disappointed. The macaroni and cheese definitely needed more flavor. it seems like the noodles were either undercooked or overcooked. They were not tender at all, they were very tough. I don't know if it was something that was microwaved. I ordered chicken tenders with it, but it did not help at all. I ended up eating the chicken tenders by themselves and throwing the macaroni and cheese out. Better luck next time in the test kitchen. read more

Talk about fast food and friendly service! This Arby's must of taken a page from the Chick-fil-a across the street. The people who work here are very friendly. The location is super clean from what I saw. Also they accept coupons without any hassle or issues. Every worker there seemed very happy to take your order and give you your goodies. When I went in for lunch on a Friday around 12:30 the restaurant was at least 3/4 full with a mixture of all walks of life. With so many people there you would expect some dirtiness or grime, but none of that was there at this location. Heck even the soda fountain area was clean and fully operational. Only place I know in the area with diet mt dew which tasted pretty good. When I ordered my Beef and cheddar (nothing better) the sandwich came out in less then two mins. The curly fries were overflowing from the box and everything was just right. They even asked me if I wanted extra sauce which is always good in my book. The meal was good as always, cause you just can't go wrong with Roast beef and cheese. I remember visiting this place in the past, now I might come back more often just to relax and have some tasty roast beef sandwiches and yummy curly fries. read more

Crappy, inept service, marginal food. My order contained a salad and I requested balsamic vinegarette and got no dressing. And no plastic ware to eat it with. Wrap came with curly fries and a drink. Well, here's another location to mark off my list. Walked in to a quiet restaurant at 4 pm today. The employee at the drive-thru saw me standing at the counter but walked to the back instead. Apparently the manager was giving out new shirts and that was more important than a paying customer! At a non-busy 230 today, Sunday, I made the mistake of Going to the drive-through of this arby's location. I come into the drive-through, and I'm greeted by "a just a sec!" so I wait a few minutes then I say hello and again get a sarcastic "just a sec" I then say it's been several minutes should I just leave and backup out of the drive-through, the person that said that would be fine, I said instead you know I'd like to speak with your manager, he said I"'m the manager", I said what is your name please, and then I got dead air no one spoke ever again and I had to ask 2 cars you backup so I could leave. The people here are always nice and courteous. I stop by on my lunch break here sometimes. The inside is always clean. Drive thru can be slow during peak hours but that's about it. The food is also always fresh. I've been to some other locations where the sandwiches have obviously been sitting a while but I've yet experienced that here. read more
