Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit yum nums!

Great service: 5 stars Correct meal: 5 stars Nice and fresh: 5 stars Friendliness: 5 stars I ordered through the app and basically just drove up and was given my food! Was a great morning! Thanks Chicka-Fil-A hey hay

Always excited when I get to try a CFA I haven't been to. Same great food and service. This location might be a little out of the way, but the extra effort to get here is well-worth the time invested. Ordered the chicken minis and hash browns. Utterly delicious. Remember, eat more chicken!

I have been this location several years now and the staff is one of the best in terms of customer service. They are so friendly and so many instances of excellent customer service. I think some even recognize me as a frequent customer. Example, yesterday when I went to get lunch and waiting on my to go order. An employee gave me a free ice cream cone since they made too many which was an awesome gesture, so kudos to him. I will get his name to update the review for kudos. Every Chick fil A place is basically the same layout from store design for the most part. The menu is you guessed it all chicken which my fav is the Chick-fil-A nuggets with the variety of sauces. You got their sandwiches and salads I believe. It stays packed especially during lunches and kudos to mangement for having employees out in the drive thrus taking mobile orders to expedite drive thrus. That is outside the box thinking and great customer service for slow drive thru times to get the customer their food faster on the drive thrus. My elite tip is use their mobile app for freebies and points that go towards getting free food, drinks and desserts. They give you some freebies without even getting points at different locations. The mobile phone app is easy to use and nice for freebies and who doesn't like free stuff? If you don't download it, you are missing on free food at this great place to eat.

Location does not honor the corporate advertised Veterans Day breakfast. Poor public relations and support of our military men and women.

The eatery is bright and warm. Our server, Chase, was friendly, personable, knowledgeable about the menu, professional in her service, and just fun to talk with. She recommended several different sandwiches. My wife had the Chicken and Fig sandwich (Chase's favorite) and it was fabulous. I had the Reuben and it was equally great. The presentation was excellent and the taste was even better. Instead of having fries with our sandwiches, we asked if we could have caesar salads instead. No problem! And they were wonderful. As the table near us was a party of 10, we observed the excellent service that they received so it was clear that CWK could easily accommodate our Caregivers group. And noise was not an issue as it in so many other places. We made a return visit and had an equally enjoyable experience. Kat was our server and she was also very attentive and knowledgeable. My wife again had the Chicken and Fig sandwich and I had the Ahi Tuna Bowl. Both were great--well prepared, attractively presented, and simply delicious. We saw Chase and visited with her like you would with a dear friend. Kat recommended their Brownie and Ice Cream desert which was to die for. Simply yummy. While I gave up alcohol for Lent, I saw Chase working the bar with great aplomb and the drinks she made looked fabulous. I know that once Easter has passed, I'll have some libations to look forward to. There is a friendly message on the wall to the effect that CraftWay Kitchen is your home away from home. My wife and I are proof positive that this is very true. Very highly recommended!!!

They have the various different flavored tea. The Decor, cute, and effective. It's like there is a vibe of trying to be a local restaurant yet they are trying to survive in a corporate world. Now me being a T1D foodie means that I seek out meals comprised of meat and vegetables. Being a diabetic foodie is not fun or easy. My number one midday option is salad. If I were ever to be in a position in the restaurant world where I could Influence the menu, I would definitely make a true meal size salad a common option industry wide. In my opinion, ordering a salad isn't secret code for "I really don't want to eat." This is nothing against the original chophouse in particular because I have a hard time finding a salad at any restaurant that hits the spot. Yes, when we left the restaurant, I was still hungry. My wife didn't enjoy her meal very much because there was way too much salad dressing for her liking. The kids enjoyed it, I think. My little boy will eat just about anything. I never know what my daughter's gonna do in the way of ingesting calories. All I can do is offer her food and see what happens. There was nothing extraordinary about this little place. Unfortunately, for any business in Southlake, I seem to put higher expectations on them when I'm in that area. I don't guess that's fair to anyone involved with whatever kind of business transaction I may find myself dealing with while in that part of town. I would definitely go back there, but I would study the menu a bit more in order to find something that is a bit more filling.

The interior has a nice,…read morecasual feel, and the photos of the owner in Greece add a bit of personality and charm to the space. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the setting. The biggest issue was that everything was very salty -- to the point where it was hard to finish the meal. I had the street gyro (lamb and beef), and while the texture was fine, the seasoning overwhelmed the dish. My child ordered the "Sneaky Taziki," which ended up being a dried-out chicken breast with cheese in a tortilla, and he barely touched it. Overall, this feels like a place designed for a more generic take on Greek/Mediterranean food rather than something truly authentic or memorable. There's nothing outright bad about it, but nothing really stands out either. It's fine, just not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again. 3 Stars, right down the middle.

The falafel was ok, I would not order it again. The presentation was nice, but lacked flavor and zest. The only thing with flavor was the harissa chicken. It did have a nice decor and Mediterranean vibes. Bread was basic, and regular fountain drink choices. They advertised peach tea, but not available. It's a larger size location and good for groups. We had a large group and split up between tables. Staff did clear the tables quickly and food was prepared quick. If you need a fast lunch with salad, it might do the trick.

We were greeted and seated right away. Service throughout was warm and attentive, our server checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. They started us with warm, crispy bread and a yogurt-based dip that was quite flavorful. I ordered the lamb shish kebab platter (well done), and we also tried the chicken shish kebab platter. Both came with buttery rice, a fresh salad drizzled with olive oil, and yogurt sauce. The chicken was tender and properly seasoned, but the lamb was the highlight. Lamb can easily turn dry or overly gamey if not handled right, but this was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor even when cooked well done, exactly how a good shish kebab should be. I skipped dessert this time, though they offer a few options, and I noticed what appeared to be a buffet setup, which I'm curious to try next. Overall, a solid, well executed Mediterranean meal. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
