I've been coming here for over 20 years, and I've never had such a disappointing experience. It's cold outside, so I understand the workers were inside instead of at the drive-thru line like usual--but that's where the understanding ends. The person taking my order asked for my name twice, saying he had forgotten it right after I gave it. That wasn't a big deal in the moment, but looking back, it reflects the lack of attention to detail overall. I clearly asked for BBQ sauce and made a point to say I did not want Buffalo sauce. Yet, I received Buffalo sauce anyway--something I really dislike. On top of that, my fries looked like someone had already eaten some and tossed the rest in the bag. Completely unacceptable. You cannot deny the well-oiled machine that is Chick-fil-A. This one included. The drive-thru moves so fast despite the line being seemingly endless. They have dedicated fry-fryers so their perfect golden waffle fries are gluten free. They also offer a gluten free bun and grilled nuggets. And their bbq sauce is gluten free too! read more

Extremely upsetting when you have a car full of kids for breakfast and you get there in time but due to the how long it takes for them to move people through the line we had to miss it. This is my go-to Chick-fil-a near home. I typically scan on my app, use rewards, etc. and have never had any issues. The signature "my pleasure" response is hit or miss, depending on what staff member you get, but it's not a big deal to me. The staff also seems pretty diverse and if I'm not mistaken, this particular location is a Black-owned franchise. Love it and definitely don't mind spending my dollars here. They've never messed up my order or custom Arnold Palmer (1/2 lemonade, 1/2 unsweetened tea). The double drive thru line is always quick with an efficient system in place. No complaints. I'll be back on a night or morning I don't feel like cooking and need something quick, and it'll be MY pleasure! read more

Very poor customer service. God forbid they are busy (as every other chick fil a in the country is) as it seems that this gives them the excuse to treat a paying customer like garbage. On this specific morning the chick fil a app is down. So I pull around to place an order via drive through. It takes a good 5 minutes for the chick fil a employee to even start to take your order (have no idea why even both lanes are open if it's going to take that long to take orders). Im placing my order and some rude lady is rushing me through my order. This causes me to forget to even ask for chick fil a sauce which I always get. I get to the pick up window, get my order, then ask for chick fil a sauce. As I ask, this very rude guy turns around looks at me and shakes his head in disgust, then proceeds to drop 1 single chick fil a sauce on a $15 order. Poor service at this location. Dropped my cc and receipt in my lap. Shoved our drinks to us causing them to spill. This is a typical Chick-fil-A with good eats, clean facilities, and generally pleasant employees. Biggest complaint is the inexplicable way they handle online dining room orders. Without fail, your food will be delivered before your drink, almost as if they are separate orders. I've had many (10+) instances of having to go to the counter and ask for my drink several minutes after the meal was brought to my table. If they can get this aspect tightened up, it would rate higher. read more

A serious disconnect...I love chick fil a and I order very often... I placed my order for the 8 piece meal with an Arnold Palmer and parfait with granola...was in a hurry to catch my flight. Arnold Palmer was extremely sweet and the parfait was a bowl of fruit...not sure how that happened because I said it several times. I missed my flight and decided to return...I asked for unsweet tea this time...well someone mixed it up with sweet tea or something...and the parfait? Now my fellow underpaid workers I understand that with our frail human brains we sometimes forget things and make mistakes which is why I'm not mad but just disappointed. I ordered 3 breakfast biscuit meals and a 10 ct Chick-n-mini meal and got home to not one jelly or honey packet in the bag despite requesting at least 15 all together in the online order. I have been this location several years now and the staff is one of the best in terms of customer service. They are so friendly and so many instances of excellent customer service. I think some even recognize me as a frequent customer. Example, yesterday when I went to get lunch and waiting on my to go order. An employee gave me a free ice cream cone since they made too many which was an awesome gesture, so kudos to him. I will get his name to update the review for kudos. Every Chick fil A place is basically the same layout from store design for the most part. The menu is you guessed it all chicken which my fav is the Chick-fil-A nuggets with the variety of sauces. You got their sandwiches and salads I believe. It stays packed especially during lunches and kudos to mangement for having employees out in the drive thrus taking mobile orders to expedite drive thrus. That is outside the box thinking and great customer service for slow drive thru times to get the customer their food faster on the drive thrus. My elite tip is use their mobile app for freebies and points that go towards getting free food, drinks and desserts. They give you some freebies without even getting points at different locations. The mobile phone app is easy to use and nice for freebies and who doesn't like free stuff? If you don't download it, you are missing on free food at this great place to eat. read more

If you see that one of ur staff members charge a refund instead of charging the meal don't take it out on your customer by charging them back to fix your mistake. Until i walked up and talked to the manager did they realize that a single sandwhich and fries meal was never queued in their screen. Take note that is after they literally saw me walk in while there was no one else sitting in their tables. Lack of attention and courtesy. A lady manager by the name of Vanna (I'm sure spelling is wrong) after getting off the phone she was talking with a lady employee by the front counter in a rude tone she can be heard saying "you told me it would be 6 now it's 6:30, your getting written up and you can quit or deal with it" these types of situations should not be discussed in front of other employees let alone in front of customers.
