Man, this location has really disappointed me and I won't be back. I did a mobile order with curbside pickup. I pulled in, entered my parking number, then got a notification that my order has been cancelled and I would get a refund. Well, that refund never came. I have contacted customer service several times and nothing has happened. They say the refund has to come from the store, and it never does. It has been a month. This has to be one of the most terrible locations in the DFW area, staff were not polite as if customers were an inconvenience. Were very reluctant to clean a table when we requested a table to be cleaned...as if we were asking them to eat in the cooking area. We're not friendly and did not want to communicate when we approached the counter or when we said thank you. We know it's a tough and demanding job but they would not communicate or be polite. This review isn't so much for the restaurant itself as for my recent experience with the test product, the McPlant. All in all, not a bad burger! It is nicely topped with condiments - maybe a little heavy for some; I got mine without mayonnaise. The Beyond Meat is very, very close to passing for the famous Mickey D's meat flavor. I just can't with Beyond Meat beef, though - there is always a funny aftertaste for me and a sour stomach afterwards. This burger eliminates most of that taste for me, but it is still there some. She makes me repeat it twice- which is no problem but then I fully expect that the order is correct at that point. We get to the second window where we sit with zero interaction for another 10 minutes before she comes over snatches the card out of my hand & flings the drink out the window. We sit another 10 minutes. Finally, the food comes- there's no sweet & sour, the cheese burger was hard & cold. The only good thing to be said was the fries were hot. No thank you. No manners AT ALL. Young Lady Working cash register today, There was confusion right when I walked in. Refunds are still a thing look in your tool kit. Terrible service. Worst fast food drive-thru experience EVER. Discourteous, slow and incorrect order. Never again.

Moving freight in and out of the airport all day in an 18 wheeler does not leave many places to stop and eat. This McDonald's happens to be one of very few accessible places. However we can NOT use the drive thru. This location is very aware of this and has placed signs up stating that those of us in a large vehicle may use the kiosk to order inside. Today (5-7-21) as I had made my way past the trash can barricade to work at this location to place my own order. I was yelled at by whom I assume was the manager that "I had to use the drive thru." I yelled back that "I wouldn't fit". I was told that wasn't his problem. We truck drivers have spent a lot of money here and we're daily customers. I'm askin all my airport and driving friends to avoid this location. Don't support companies that don't support us. read more
