Ian made my sandwich perfectly and as I watched him make it, he took great care to make the toppings cover everything evenly so every bit of my sandwich was wonderful! So let's just talk about the pickle. Sweet Jesus... it was perfect. Fresh and crisp. They asked if I wanted it quartered which gave me a bite to go with each bite of sandwich. I love jimmy John sandwiches . So anytime I'm visiting a state, I always look for a jimmy John's. This was my first time in SLC Utah was Jimmy John's and they had a special sandwiches on the menu called and one of them was the kickin Cajun sandwich...loved the crispy & crunchy jalapeños that took the sandwich to another level. I honestly haven't been a fan of Jimmy John's in the past. This time around I may have to change my mind. Maybe it's the location that is just excellent. Anyway, I ordered online and decided it would be nice to get outside and have a break from work for a min. I feel like the location is pretty central, like it's easy to get to and find. I went to pick it up, it was there waiting for me all packed up. The lady who helped me was so helpful and nice. She explained how things kind of work and there is a waiting area out front that you park and send them a text and they will bring it out to you! They are all about service, and making it convenient for the customer. My sandwich was great! It was a fair price and tasted so fresh. It filled me up with the sufficient layers of roast beef. There was quite a bit of lettuce on it, which I loved, but I could see how others could see it as too much. Overall I would definitely recommend this Jimmy Johns and I will be back sometime for sure! read more

2 stars for good food always but seriously can never deliver my food to the right house and it's hit or miss if it takes 2 hours or 10 minutes to get the food. Also the app will say delivered when it's not, forcing me to call their store and ask where they left my food and it hasn't even been delivered yet in the first place.... read more

We are avid Jimmy John's lovers and we're so excited to move to our new house that is only two blocks away. Unfortunately, the number of bad experiences has forced us to go out of our way to a different location if we want jimmy johns. Doesn't matter what time of day - just after opening, lunch rush, 3:30, whatever: we always wait so so long for our food. We don't ask for anything special, just what's on the menu, and today there were 4 people making sandwiches, 2 groups waiting or ordering, and I waited 20 minutes for a single sandwich! Holy crap, I was late to an event because of it. Routinely so slow. The sandwich is always good but even when I order online ahead of time, they don't start the sandwich til you get there so there's no point. read more

Always had great, friendly service at this location. I'm always greeted, even though I go straight to pickup. To this day, they have not gotten a single detail of my order wrong (and I'll admit, I can be really picky). My order is also always ready when I arrive for pickup, so the online ordering is really reliable and fast considering how close I live. I can place my order online and hop in my car, and it's ready a few minutes later. I do like their rewards program a LOT and I'm sure to use it every time I order. Sometimes it's free chips or drink, and sometimes a sandwich, but they actually reduce the order total by the entire cost of the item, which is nice. read more

As far as sandwich shops go this experience was a solid 4. It was clean, line moved fast, sandwich was just as I requested. Actually I ordered an unwhich and I've had some very inconsistent experiences with the unwhich. This one was a great one. Very well constructed. Gave it another shot. This time I knew what I was doing, which didn't help. Upon recommendation, I tried the Totally Tuna. Menu said the tuna mix was made with "sauce," celery and onions. If the "sauce" involved anything other than plain mayo, I'm the reincarnation of Mae West. See, I'm a big fan of onions. So much so in fact, that I even ordered extra onions on the sandwich. Turns out, there were no detectable onions involved in the entire bland, doughy disappointment. According to the menu, also slated to standardly appear on the sandwich were lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and sprouts. ...No sprouts. None. ...Tomatoes were tiny tasteless opaque disks, requiring immediate tossing. ...Cucumbers were the best part. ...I barely noticed the limp iceberg lettuce strips. The tuna itself wasn't terrible. But it also wasn't any different than the uber-cheap Western Family canned tuna that I occasionally put out to feed to the neighborhood cats. So tasteless and dreary was this sandwich that I could only whine my way through two-thirds of it before giving up completely. Although the service we received was friendly and warm this time, and although it's admittedly a step or two up from Subway, I'm just not a fan of Jimmy John's "food." read more

They are kinda slow at this location. I just waited 35 minutes and they live a block away. I ordered the Vito sandwich and it sucks haha. There is hardly any meat on it! It's one layer of salami. We had a graduation party for my daughter, we ordered two party platters. They were thrown together and most had only one slice of meat, some had no meat at all. Sometimes you just need a good sandwich. The bootlegger sandwich is just that. It has roast beef and turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I like to add oil and vinegar (sauce), onions, and sprouts if I'm feeling adventurous. The bread is a fresh, soft, French bread that I really like. The decorations of the restaurant and funny and will keep you entertained for a while since there are a lot of them. The only thing I wonder about is why they hide their napkins. Sandwich places should not be so skimpy with their napkins. read more

Decent sandwiches for a good price if your in a hurry to eat. Portions are good. Easy menu to read. I wouldn't say it's the best place for a sandwich but they are quick with their food, and the fact that they do deliver is another bonus. So far every sandwich I've tried has been delicious! The Bootlegger is my favorite! It is really weird that you don't get cheese on some sandwiches. Not sure what that's all about. All if the ingredients taste fresh, and the bread is really good. Side note: you can buy day old bread for only .50! Had I seen that before I paid I would have bought some! The employees are nice, not crazy friendly but I'm there for a sandwich not to make a BFF. They are fast, as advertised. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service with Jimmy Johns. I ordered a sandwich 1 hour ago and called in to find out what is happening. I am human and understand that we have alot of snow on the ground causing a backup with orders out for delivery but I happen to be exactly 5 min minutes away. This can be verified by google maps as well. If I was capable of stepping out of my office to pickup the sandwich this wouldn't be a problem but unfortunately I am not able to do so. This is usual a seamless experience with Jimmy Johns and I have never had any issues with the company and or delivery for my orders. You have one very hungry and upset customer who will most likely not order from you ever again. I would like a full refund and to not have any trouble with your company. read more

The food is great as always and the service is superb however, I am extremely disappointed in the fact that the delivery drivers have left their cars running the whole time we've been sitting here!! We noticed them left on and vacant when we walked in and ordered our sandwiches and no joke.. 45 minutes later no one has gone outside to turn them off or to leave to make a delivery. We asked the gal working if someone knew about it and she said that they always leave the cars running so they can leave quickly. Like it takes that much longer to turn the cars on. I went in for a number 12 and after getting my sandwich I approached the counter for some extra vinegar. I had one kid say I don't have any packets to give you but to hook it up he reached for a small cup. Suddenly a girl named Camille stopped us and said we already put it on the sandwich.. I looked at her and said I would like some more PLEASE. After looking at me blankly she squeezed the tiniest amount in the cup. I asked for more and she says "that's a serving" I asked nicely again for a little more and it was as if I had slapped her mother.
