When placing an order, the Inquiry was a simple process and was able to put in cost per person, a budget and able to give an idea of what i was wanting to order. After placing the order, I quickly got a call from the owner Mr, Murphy himself and he was super helpful and was able to work with us to fulfill our order. Some of the best service over the phone to help us. And then the food itself, amazing. The guys who picked up the order said they waited as long as they could before we arrived to stsrt making our order to make sure it was all hot and fresh. My worry was the short drive from the restaurant to the office and the fries and bread being soggy. Far from it. It was all still fresh and crispy. All of us agreed it was some of the best cheesesteaks we've had in years and will be ordering from here in the future.

Everything was everywhere and we couldn't keep anything on the table. We put plates and cups on menus to hold them down as long as we could. I asked the waiter if we could be on a waitlist to sit inside and he said sure. 5 min later she proceeded to bring the people at the table next to us inside and never brought us inside the entire time we were there. As we were trying to eat in the wind, another waiter proceeded to empty water over a nearby fence, and because it was sooo windy, the water ended up coming back and splashing our entire party in the face. That part of the valley is just insanely windy in general and if they want outdoor seating, they gotta prepare better for the weather. The beer is always great and the pizza is solid. I only saw two employees, neither of whom moved with any urgency- more of a lazy afternoon pace. The table of teenagers next to us exclaimed to one of them, "What is going on in the kitchen back there?!" Don't get me wrong, everyone was kind, just...not at all service-oriented towards a very hungry crowd. I did finally see some tables "bussed," but they were not wiped down or disinfected in any way. Which doesn't give me hope for the cleanliness of the rest of the place. At minute 45 of waiting, my husband went to ask what is going on, but had to wait in a line to do so. At one hour, we finally got to the register and said, "If you haven't even started our food yet, we'd love a refund." We got a refund. Hallelujah. They were kind about that But that also means we had waited for our food for an entire hour and they still hadn't even started it or come out to explain- nothing. Not even an apology.
