This was the worst five guys we've ever had. My husband ordered in store, and drove about a mile. The fries tasted like they had been reheated in the microwave. He asked for a bacon burger with a variety of toppings. The grilled onions and mushrooms weren't grilled at all. They were crunchy and hard. There was literally one half piece of bacon that was floppy. The burgers also tasted like they'd been microwaved. It was 11:30 when he went in and there was no one there. We got 2 burgers, fries and 2 shakes. It cost $45. We should have just gone to Wendy's for this price. This was easily the worst five guys we've ever been to. read more

A friend chose this place to celebrate his accomplishment, and I had to comply. A lot of people say how much they loved this place but I don't get the hype around it. Here's my thought around it. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. The burger was super bland and very greasy (but I mean it is fast food so not gonna complain about the greasy goodness). You got to add some kind of sauce or salt. It was juicy...but juicy bland! It seems like seasoning is none existent...but it exist cause you can add it yourself. They got my order wrong...I told them I want everything on the add on but pickle. They gave me pickles. No biggie, but it took a while to take all the pickles out. The fries was abundant! Craving a nice juicy burger on Cheat Day, we decided this would be a lazy day with no cooking! Always passing by it right next to Planet Fitness, we figured we would give this location a try. The inside was actually very clean but we put in our order probably 20 minutes before it closed and picked up our order right before they closed. I've been here in the past and the food is usually pretty good but this time the food was definitey the end of the night, workers were ready to close clean up and clock out, and it was the time to get out fast food. We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburgers with a large order of Cajun Fries with our online order. There was adequate parking and not too busy for a Sunday. The Bacon Cheeseburgers were actually pretty tasty but I definitely had better from other restaurants. The buns on the burgers wasnt toasted. The Cajun Style fries tasted like they had been cooked hours ago. The fries are usually on point. But this time with the first fry to the last fry, they were dry like a desert and tasted old. I still will try other Five Guys restaurants but if I come back to this one, I will definitely go during lunch and hope not to get old fries. read more

This is a new location, we visited on opening night and loved it, just like any other location. I love that just the baby burger fills me up and that we can share the fries and be satisfied. Our last trip I got a shake, and while it was amazingly delicious, it was quite small for the cost, and for some reason the supply guy (does trash and cleans up) disappeared when we arrived and the fry sauce dispenser was empty. The poor fry guy had to run off to get more sauce to fill it up. We will of course be back. And, did you know you can order online and have it ready to take home? Amazing, I know! read more

Huge line but that's okay!! they took our order the minute we got in the line so by the time we paid for the food we didn't have to wait for it to be made. It was fantastic I didn't mind the wait at all. the employees were super happy and kind even with a long line of cars and having every seat filled inside. Overpriced for what you get. I recently ordered curbside it took forever which I get considering the circumstances lately. Ordered well over $40 worth of food and only got four burgers and ONE large fry. When I got home and we all started eating we noticed the burgers taste, (off, bad, old.) Postmates driver. I stopped in to make an order for a delivery twenty minutes before closing. As a driver, order and pays are a pain and most restaurants treat us like crap. I told the cashier upfront that I was making an order for Postmates and, after I made the order, she offered me a water cup, which was the first for me as a delivery driver. Most restaurants forget that delivery drivers are also potential future customers and I was pleased with the service I received. This place is on the money with a nice, juicy burger with pretty crispy edges. Neat trick that takes some skill and they did it here, at a relatively new restaurant. Bodes pretty well. Also, the 2 Freestyle machines, except, somehow, the buttons are worn off of both. Never seen that before. If you read my reviews or my Burger Rain list, you know I've got mad love for this chain, for the most part. This is one of the better locations of that franchise. To have a burger my way, choose either single or double patty, add cheese, bacon, mushrooms, jalapenos, A-1 sauce and get thee face full. My partner and I ordered cheeseburgers and a regular fries. Couldn't complain, service was fine. Our fries were great but despite being toasted the burger buns were pretty soggy. We dined in mind you so we dug right in. We sat right across from the counter in some bar stools. I overheard a cook say "Dude that doesn't look good." to which the grill cool responded "It's fine it's fine!" I managed to glance over to see a cheeseburger with one of the cheese slices nearly off the burger. Sure that might not be damning to you, but have better standards. If a different customer had heard you they might over exaggerate your statement into "woops I dropped it on the floor, eh it's fine." Careful what you say, we can hear you. read more

Rating this location based off of an employee: I'm giving this location 1 star one of the employees had an attitude when we were placing our order. I didn't catch her name but the employee was an African American female that had a low bun. This has nothing to do with her race because I'm African American too, I'm just trying to describe who was the employee with the attitude. I was standing a bit to the side when my mother-in-law was finishing up our group order and I saw the employee who was the cashier at the time turn her head and yell "12 patties" and as she turned her head back to the front she rolled her eyes. I was the only one who noticed so when we sat down to wait for our order I told my in-laws and my sister-in-law told me that a few weeks back they came to that same location and the same girl had attitude when they were ordering too. I don't know if she hates her job or doesn't like the people she works with or is just a super impatient person but she needs to work on her attitude when she's working with customers. read more

I used to like Five Guys even though it's pretty overpriced. My husband and I stop at this location for a late lunch last week. We both felt a little funny after but we figured it was because it was greasy fast food. By dinner time my poor hubby had developed food poisoning symptoms then it started for me the next day. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I love the handmade shakes, the Oreo is delicious. I like sitting out on the patio with the water feature. The staff is always friendly and clean. Five Guys is one of my top 5 go to places to get a burger. Great quality and service every time I go. I even find myself craving their Cajun Fries every now and then, so good! I definitely recommend you try them! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I ordered online it gave me a pick up time (like most places do) but when I got there my meal hadn't been prepared yet and I still had to wait the normal amount of time as if I ordered in person. I usually love a good five guys burger and fries. The small fry is usually enough to feed 3 people but this experience was not pleasant. When I ordered the cashier had no idea what "all the way" was. I had to tell him 4 times that it was the toppings listed in black. Finally I just told him what they were on each of the burgers I ordered. I let that slide thinking he was new. Well then I had to wait forever for my food. The burgers were so cold the cheese wasn't melted and the fries were extremely salty. And the order was smaller then a McDonalds small fry. This experience for me was not pleasant. So much so that I'm writing this review. I hope if you go that it's better then my experience was. I doubt if I'll ever go back. read more

This is the second time since they opened i tried to eat here. I am a huge fan of five guys, BUT this one needs help. The first visit my son and i come in because i have been craving 5guys. We paid separately. He got his burger rather quickly. The place want all that busy, 18 minutes later mine had not come out yet. I asked for a refund and left. Tonight i go in alone, again bit real busy, the girl who took my order closed the till after i paid her with a $10 for a $6.68 tab. She just stood and stared at me. Ten seconds later i asked for my change. Both visits, with over 5 people working behind the counter i never saw anyone come out and clean tables. Both times there wasn't a clean table in the house. Five Guys is clean and well lit, and has a pleasing environment for a fast food joint. That is the good news. The food is very average and is very high priced. A bacon cheese burger is $7.19, and a large order of fries is $4.99. One would think that for those prices the food would be gourmet, and portions would be abundant. My wife and I each got a bacon cheese burger, large fries, and a drink. The ticket was over 30 bucks. We probably will not go again, but had to try the new place. Every single staff member was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. The burgers came out juicy and well put together and did not leave a mess of grease or soggy bun.
