I posted a review 2 years ago and like Lucky Charms it magically Disappeared. I don't have the pictures I posted anymore. But I used a Bic lighter to illustrate the small amount of meat on the sub. Very disappointed That my review vanished. So I resubmitted this one. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes instead. read more

Ok!! So I order a regular sub.. told.. they can't cut in half and put different toppings! I wanted onions on my half, my granddaughter didn't!! I guess no sharing allowed for this sandwich place!! Subway does it, firehouse does it, Jersey mikes!! All better places! Ok Jimmy johns what are the choices of cheese... only provolone!! Ok just put ranch on it.... ohhh jimmy johns doesn't have ranch dressing!!! Lucky you are by a college.. otherwise you would be out of business In a heartbeat!! read more

Price is out of line, raised prices and cut meat in sandwich, working in the area for a few years, used to be a good location. $16 for a 8" sub, chips and a soda. Was $11 and a good amount of meat. read more

I ordered online and entered our names to mark the subs, they used their menu numbers, that I don't know, I'd prefer to know what's what, that's why I gave the names. Not too big of a deal. But, I paid $6 for 3 CUPS OF ICE! They were literally filled to the tippity top w ice!! My son took 2 sips and it was gone! I didn't want to pay $2 a cup for the soda but didn't have any at the house and wanted it w the sub, so I did! Not happy I wasted the money! Subs were OK read more

Very clean establishment and the staff is amazing but the food not so much. You get what you pay for and that's not an option here. Sorry but Jersey Mike is my go to. read more

I'm a coach of a college baseball team, so quite often I have to place large orders. My feedback reflects both good and bad experiences over the years. This weekend we had the very best. First off, I love Jimmy John's as they make quality sandwiches. But the owner, Logan, went above and beyond to make sure we got our sandwiches on time, all weekend, despite game time and site changes. Great guy and I definitely recommend that visiting sports teams use this store! read more

Friendly staff and great sandwhichs. Reasonable prices as well! I recommend this to everyone who wants a great sub.

Good sandwiches and pretty good prices. They will deliver anywhere within 5 minutes of their location which given the traffic on 544 is not going to be too far. CCU is within that 5 minute area though, so that is a plus if you are on campus. Compared to Subway this a better option in my opinion. Although it isn't as good as making a sandwich at home it sure is a lot faster! read more

This place cannot seem to get an order right. I ordered online for delivery, it was definitely freaky fast yet also Freaking WRONG! Not once but twice! The replacement that was sent out as a correction was also wrong...not to mention the delivery driver had an attitude when he came back out as if it was my fault that they didn't pay attention to the order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location read more

I've been getting deliveries from this location for almost 5 years now and I have to say it's been such a pleasure! The delivery is fast and easy! The food is always perfect and up to par. The drivers are always friendly and professional! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Went to Jimmy John's for the first time today. I have tried many sub places like Jersey Mike's and subway and Pizza town in Conway ,SC. I was very disappointed in Jimmy John's, for one they don't have more than one size bread and it was not fresh baked as they claim on TV. The meat products could be better such as Boars Head brand meats and cheese etc. You don't have freedom of choice to add onions, olives etc like subway. To give credit to all three I would say Jersey Mikes first, Pizza Town in Conway and Subway in all locations. Jimmy John's was ok but not the best they claim. The service was good and location was clean and nice and only took 5 minutes from start to finish but again its not cracked up as they claim. I had the hunter club which is double meat roast beef and no choice to add what i like on it. Price was fair but cold cut quality on just baked bread would be awesome. I also had a pricy dill pickle for $1.75 which was way over priced. The pickle should be a part of the sandwich cost and the need for a one foot sandwich should be offered. Would I go back? No I want value and quality for my money, not fancy TV commercials that don't live up to it's promise. read more

If I could rate it less I would. I walked it to order the women at the cashier didn't welcome me in and simply waited for me to order without saying a word. She has fore arm tattoos and brown eyes. EXTREMELY RUDE. Don't go here! read more

Horrible customer service. Website says closes at 1am here before 12 and he said we're closed and website is wrong

Today while at Jimmy John's with a couple of my friends I asked them for three empty water cups. A little lady behind the counter proceeded to matter-of-factly tell us that they were going to be about two dollars apiece. Adding in an angry tone that "that is apart of our inventory and you will be paying for them." Look, i know it sucks in the food industry but slapping on a smile and saying sorry is way easier than being a sassy, shitty representation of your company. That's bullshit, never go to this Jimmy John's. Travesty to this nation. read more

The sandwiches are good here & reasonably priced. However the atmosphere is tainted with music that's WAY TOO LOUD! I've been to the other locations in the area and haven't had that issue. Staff are college kids which is probably why the inside sounds like a nightclub. Friendly staff though, just turn down the boom boom! read more

just left and the employee taking our order rushed us and was very rude. I wasnt given time to think about what i wanted. seemed like a harsh environment, wish the staff was nicer. read more

My wife and kid was driving to the local gas station and one of there drivers pulled out in front of her and almost caused a bad accident. My family always order from here nut not anymore. My wife went in to talk to the manager and the manager was real rude and nasty to her. My wife came home and told me what happened so i went up there to talk to that manager but she had left. So i talked to the other manager on duty. He admitted that Manager Christy Ensley was rude, but then he turns around and do the same thing when i asked for his general manager and corporate's number. Then he told me i was trying to sue them. I then replied to him sir i never said anything about suing the company. That's not why i'm here. I'm hear because your driver is driving reckless and the way management is handling the the situation treating me and my wife like we did something wrong. I didn't get the male Managers number because he had no name tag, but i wont be spending another dime there. I was really shocked by management I have never saw behavior from management like this before! read more

We love the JJ in Pawleys, so we stopped in here despite the reviews. So glad we did! Very friendly staff, delicious fresh food. We thought the service was freaky fast but they apologized because there were a few customers ahead of us. Another great JJ to add to our list! read more

I wanted to take a quick second to leave a review about my recent experience at Jimmy John's. To start... our family are big JJ fans and eat there frequently, so you can already gather that we like their food. But recently we had an order that was delivered and there was a minor issue with one of the sandwiches (mine of course). I decided to write them a quick email through their corporate site and couldn't believe that I actually got a return email the same day from the local site manager. He asked me if I would give him a call to discuss it and I did the next day. I did and I was extremely impressed with how the whole situation was dealt with. It was fast, courteous, pleasant and I came away even a bigger JJ fan than I was before. Especially if you are considering them for catering... those are the kinds of traits and people skills I would think you would want. So thanks JJ's, see you again soon! read more

The food is usually good as long as you go there to get it. Don't order it online and expect them to actually bring it to you in a reasonable amount of time! They didn't show up with the order after an hour and a half one time. I gave them a second chance thinking it was just a bad day but the next time it was over an hour and when I called to inquire the manager was rude, said the order had already gone out and refused to refund my money -- then she hung up on me! Save yourself the headache -- Go somewhere else! read more

I work at a dealership about 5 minutes down the road and our dealership orders often and more often than not it takes 45 minutes or more to get a cold sandwich delivered and when its delivered the bread is soggy from sitting. We will be seeking a new place to order from on a regular basis. Freaky Fast Delivery should not be their slogan!! Service was good for a few months but quickly went down hill. Not to mention the quality has gone down hill...you get more bread and lettuce than anything else. I ordered a sandwich today and it was a complete waste of money! Extremely dissatisfied. read more
