The entire place is super clean and feels brand new. Over the course of the last week, I've eaten here 4 times while on vacation and I have zero complaints. Today, September 7th, 2025, at approximately 1:20 p.m. I was eager to purchase my meal at Bojangles as I have went to several locations and received excellent service. However, at 589 Bojangles location on International Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a young lady that came to the counter to take my order had her fingers all in her mouth and proceeded to put her contaminated hands on the clean paper plates that were there. She also put her nasty hands on the counter where food is to be served to customers from behind the counter. I was so disappointed, and grossed out that I asked her " How in the world can you serve customers with your hands, your fingers all in your mouth!!!!!" Laughing like it's a joke she said "Well, let me go wash my hands." As she walked away nonchalantly to 'supposedly' wash her hands, she then arrogantly sled the hand that she had soaked with her saliva all on the counter where the chicken and biscuits are displayed and given to customers. She soon came back to take my order. I decided there was no need for her to do so because I had lost my appetite for Bojangles chicken and said " Forget it!!! I'll go elsewhere"!!!! I have never been so sicken by an employee having no regard for the Health concerns of their customers!!!! She did not have a care in the world!!! It's so sad to see someone that is getting paid a salary to uphold a good company's name, and single-handedly ruin it!!! Especially a person who is being paid by them!!! I kept hearing how amazing Bojangles' Famous Chicken was. Had to try it and see what everyone was raving about. The fried chicken wasn't bad. We got it when it wasn't as fresh. Super crispy though. I do love the Texas Pete sauce! So good. The dirty rice is on point! Add in some hot sauce into the rice and it's even more amazing. The biscuit sandwich was yummy. Did an order through the drive thru and was getting multiple meals. After I got my first meal ordered, they were already telling me my total as if I was done. I was taken by surprise and said no, I have more to order. So I ordered my next meal and then they proceed to inform me of my total. Now I'm a bit annoyed because this has never happened to me before, I said I'm not done! Proceeded to order my last meal and then they actually asked if that completes my meal. Wtf? This isn't the top Bojangles in the area but it's good. Never packed (slow) and always clean. I eat here at least once each week. Folks not familiar might want to try two piece meal with taters and rice sides. Always a great choice. If you're just in for breakfast, try a pair of sausage biscuits. If you don't know what country ham is, it's not that sugar glazed stuff you eat at Easter - this is salty and a bit tough/dry. Want to go "real Southern" then get a gravy biscuit with grits on the side. For sure though, have a biscuit here. It's what they do best. read more

First time Bojangles experience! Location was very clean and well maintained! We got so excited we bought a lot more than we really could handle but didn't bother us since we could eat more for breakfast! Hehe fried chicken and eggs! We got orders of fried chicken boxes and biscuits and bo-tatoes and Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and sweet teas all around! Had some of the grape jelly and honey with the biscuits which was delish! They also have other condiments of ketchup mustard mayo Texas Pete sauce. Loved using the sporks!!!
