This is most likely the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever had. Maybe it's due to the fact that we went there at 7:30 PM? I ordered the smoky barbecue Chick-fil-A sandwich. My husband ordered the grilled nuggets and two vanilla shakes. First we were told there is no such thing as a smoky barbecue sandwich(which is on the website menu), then the cashier actually found it on the register though she gave me the wrong sandwich anyway; it seems someone just put together a sandwich with whatever they wanted (no cheese, barely any barbecue sauce didn't taste the brown sugar whatsoever.).An order of grilled nuggets how hard could that be? well when we got home of course they were the fried nuggets. Both were overcooked almost burnt in certain areas. The chicken was dry - having had Chick-fil-A in New York where we're from we did expect more from a southern location. extremely disappointing, would not recommend this location whatsoever- we may or may not try another location, but I doubt it. read more

Who doesn't love chick-fil-A?? It's our family's go-to fast food. When the girls have sport events or we're on the road, we swing thru CFA. We get the same thing every time: Deluxe chicken sammy with fries, nuggets with Mac-n-chz, salad for me. In all these years, they have NEVER got my order wrong. How is that possible? The young man in the yellow vest was pretty passive aggressive while dropping off my food. First starters, when dropping off my food, he was picking at his face and nose, then I asked for buffalo sauce, (which he forgot, it even said it on my receipt), and he came back and held two sauces out at me (I was expecting him to set them down, figured he'd take the social cue when I didn't reach out for them). So eventually, I took them from him, and said "thanks", to which he responded by not saying anything, and just walking off. This was a pretty foreign experience, Chick-fil-A is usually the golden standard when it comes to fast food. Hopefully he was just having an "off day", and this isn't the norm for him. If so, he should probably consider a different line of work. read more

The establishment was large and clean. The staff was very welcoming and extremely patient, especially staff member named Rachelly (I believe that was her name, she had a cow shirt on which was cute). She saw our daughter was frustrated and she took her time explaining the menu and what our vegan daughter can and cannot have (which is a rarity in customer service at fast food chains). This location offers over the top service and the food is excellent. We had the chicken nuggets, which melted in our mouth. I came close to ordering another 12 piece, but didn't want too much of a good thing. The fries are very good and the pop is great. Some places have flat soft drinks, but this place even does that right! The staff at this location is great. They would come around and remove the trays when we were done with them or refill our drinks from time to time. Amazing service from a fast food restaurant! While we were there, they were giving out samples of their new peppermint shakes and they tasted great as well. Chick-fil-A never fails to be excellent - order is always correct, tasty, and fresh. It's the only fast food restaurant that I can always depend on that the food will always be correct. Only downside is I wish the dining room was open, but that's no slide against Chick-fil-A and it's company. I'm visiting Myrtle Beach from Bermuda and enjoy Chick Fil A when I'm visiting the United States. This was the first Chick Fil A I've seen since arriving last week. When the cashier took my order she was extremely helpful and courteous. I mentioned to her " this is the first Chick Fil A I've seen since arriving and her response was we hope you come back again to visit". Service in these stores is generally good, this store was EXCEPTIONAL. I run a Convienience retail and gas station and I remind my staff all the time the importance of WoW-ing the customer. While I sat and watched the staff and amount of customer volume that was being served, it was like a well oiled machine. I asked one of the staff who the manager was because I wanted to commend her and the staff for there efforts. She was extremely busy and I didn't want to disturb her. "Miss Jackie" as her staff called her, it's evident that you "lead by example" after seeing you in action. This is by far one of the best Chick Fil A's I have been in. Well done to the staff. Came here for my lunch break from target yesterday and they were slammed. They had my food ready in under 5 minutes and they were nice as always. I was eating my nuggets and I dropped one.
