I had one of those crusty tequila hangovers recently where your mouth is all dry rotted and your brain is rusting in its skull. You know the kind. Bo knew too. Bo always knows. The drive thru cashier was the friendliest have ever met in a long career of driving through, and the egg and cheese combo ko'd my hangover, and I had a great day a work. I can't thank this Bojangles location nor recommend it enough. read more

We were on our way home from vacation. We had never been before and my son who's 5 kept asking if we could try it. And I was very pleasantly surprised once we did! The food was really good and the options were not just the norm they had a little pizzazz to them. You could tell they were made fresh for you too not just sitting there. With that being said it's a longer wait than a McY D's or Burger King but in my opinion well worth it. As I cannot speak for other outlets this outlet had great custom service too. Very friendly and warm and you could tell they were just a genuinely nice person. read more

For those that like the texture of Popeyes but the flavor of KFC, Bojangles chicken is like their love child...a bit of both. Although I'm not particularly fond of biscuits, this was good and I had it with no honey. I like there cole slaw and they had some yummy Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies that were so soft and yummy. The lady that took our order was very friendly too. For a fast good joint, this was very good. read more

Hello this is Sunyoung Kim food reviewer from South Carolina, I do not reccommend you come to Bojangles. I visited this location several times and have decided it is the worst fast food location I've ever been to. To start, the first time I went there, a big gleaming sign in the window said "Free Wifi". I went in and asked as my data was running low. The woman at the cash register said "We don't have Wifi". Why is there a sign?!? The food is horrible, the fried chicken was greasy and wet and tasted awful. The sides were dry and bland, just terrible. I emailed corporate and never heard back. I guess they don't care about their customers. AVOID. Sunyoung out. read more

I really enjoy their food, especially their fries but they need to work on their manners! They were very rude the whole time I ordered. I know it's a fast food place and you aren't going their for the friendly staff, but you can at least seem interested! Also, I waited in like for about 25 minutes to get my food with only about 5 cars in front of me. That's ridiculous. read more

This location rocks! My boyfriend and I were visiting the Carolinas and decided to try Bojangles. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. They were out of regular tenders and I said the spicy would be fine. As we were eating, an employee brought by a to go box of regular tenders to take on the road! They were all very happy to be working and happy to see us. Nicest fast food restaurant I've been to. read more

I love Bojangles, but this one location has giving me a hard time. The last couple of times I have ordered they have messed up horribly. I ask for one item and they give me the exact opposite. When I go to order they can never understand and never put it in right so have to explain in what they need to do. I'm never going back to this location! Other than this Bojangles everywhere else is great! read more

But you can order a take out as well. There were two tables of food and a dessert table. The salad bar seemed to never end. Everything was cut fresh with no limp vegetables or lettuce. Marilyn brought me coffee and Bev Tea. It was plenty hot and fresh. I absolutely love their coffee. I had two cups before I even finished my plate of food. Marilyn was very attentive to each table and came to ours often. After I finished my salad. I saw Carie filling a plate for someone. When she was done I asked her if she could get me a chicken breast. My joint pain and back pain had been extreme this week. Using the walker was even painful. Carie said, "Absolutely !" She returned quickly and with a smile. The staff is so kind. The manager Tommy came by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal. I let him know the salad bar was perfect. The chicken I enjoyed was tender and juicy. I also noticed the teamwork between the staff was easy and natural like a choreographed dance. Bev and I plan to return for the Easter Sunday Meal. Took the opportunity being in the South, to go to our first Bojangles. Didn't set my expectations…read morehigh at all, but found the restaurant to have decent chicken and sides at a lower price than their national competitors. There are about 850 Bojangles restaurants in the United States, with the most (348) in North Carolina and 150 in South Carolina. It was founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, with the name being inspired by the 1968 song 'Mr. Bojangles' (made most famous by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band). I've heard about the restaurant while visiting the Southeast, but never had the opportunity to visit until now. Downloaded their app and signed up for their loyalty club, which got us a free chicken sandwich (regular price of $6.09). What wasn't clear is that you are actually signing up with 'Olo' as the online ordering technology provider. It matters because a $0.50 service fee is tacked onto your order rather discreetly...never seen this with any other fast food company when using their directly branded app. It'll leave a bad taste....any company that wants to expand on their online/app presence needs to either have internal staff develop/maintain their app/website or just eat the cost paid to the 3rd party. In terms of their food: 3 piece chicken meal (2 thighs, 1 leg + 2 sides/fixins + 1 biscuit for $9.59) - sides were mashed potatoes and gravy (good, tastes just like KFC's which I like) and Bo-Tato Rounds (mashed potato disks with a lot of onion flavor...could be served for breakfast as mashed potato hash browns). The quality of the chicken usually depends on how recently it was deep fried...in our case, it was OK since it had been kept under a heat lamp but still moist since we got dark meat pieces. Bojangles are known for their southern biscuits, and it was very good. Can definitely taste the care taken with the dough (made daily and baked on-site). Chicken sandwich - topped with mayo and a couple of pickle slices on a soft potato bun. Good piece of breast meat, crispy and not too dry. Probably competes OK with other burger fast food chicken, but not nearly as good as Popeyes or Chick-fil-a. There was a self-serve soda machine on-site. The pickup for the prepaid order was easy enough, with the front staff giving it to me by name as soon as it was ready. And the inside dining area had plenty of clean seats.
