Almond milk doesn't work for me due to oxalates, and the only "equal" swap offered is oat milk, which is highly processed and high glycemic. Coconut water, while not perfect, is the best option for me--yet it still comes with a $2 upcharge. At that point, the total is almost $20 for a smoothie bowl, which I can't justify. The quality is still there, but between the high base price and extra charges for basic swaps, I don't go nearly as often anymore.

The fruit they use for toppings is fresh and the granola is crunchy and delicious. I also like that they don't nickel and dime you for adding toppings. They also give a generous portion of toppings. I generally have to pay for extra granola but that was not necessary. Service was friendly and patient. The first day it took a minute for me to decide. Second day I got there right when they were closing, well technically it was roped off already but it wasn't quite 5:50 so I was able to order. They are actually inside the mall.
