The subs are great when they get them fixed correctly, but they are still good with the mistakes too. Lack of communication with the staff...sometimes I think they are overwhelmed and take it out on each other....makes for a side show. But I still keep coming back. Really good food. read more

Needed something after midweek service and decided to pop into my local JMS. One employee was mopping the floor in the restaurant and was ranting about her taxes and oh the colorful language and was very loud. The other employees were quiet and polite. I used to love Jersey Mikes in Church Street in Conway, SC. We ordered from there at least a few times a month. In the past month they have really messed up our orders like every sandwich. My sandwich was suppose to be Roast beef with mayo pepper relish and pickles and Swiss cheese on a rosemary bread. I did not get the bread and enough mayo for another 3 sandwiches. My sister ordered ham and Swiss with tomatoes got lettuce and NO tomatoes. My grandson got roast beef he ordered ham and cheese. This is not why we go there and is recent like they are maybe under new management I'm not sure but would love them to get our orders right . They're the best place for subs. Oh, my gosh, why go back to that place from the NY Transit? The meats at Jersey Mikes are heads away superior. They are sliced for your sub as you order, and the staff at each Jersey Mike's I have tried are super-efficient. The ingredients all taste fresh, instead of being called "fresh." You get plenty of meats and cheeses on your sub, not just a lot of bread. Oh, I almost forgot, don't hesitate to ask for "Mikes Way" on your sub. Mikes doesn't keep changing the menu and adding "gimmicks" in order to attract new business. It's always the same old menu, which is what I like. Give me a no. 5 or no 13 and I am happy! Now I frequently use their app to order ahead and pick up my sub at their carryout. Like a lot of places, they have limited their indoor seating and I haven't noticed any real outdoor seating at a JM. read more

Just so you're aware, I have not had much luck with this JM for the awhile! So I stopped going, stopped online orders, just stopped...I LOVE JM and their fresh products, etc... but the service at this one has lacked alot for the last several months - but I wanted JM today and decided to give it a chance, one more time! So - I placed my order; stopped in to pick it up - and it was READY! I added a sweet tea - and the best part besides that was the guys/employees that were there were so pleasant, on top of their game, ready and kind with everything going on! My parents and I had just made a long trek from Charlotte, NC to Conway for a funeral and wanted a quick bite before the services. My father, in his increasing age, tends to get anxious more and a bit on the ruse side, but the staff here was very patient, as were the other customers as my dad cut the line. The staff got the sandwich for him and my mother ready quickly so they could be seated and I waited until the line went down before ordering and paying. There is plenty of parking in front, this is located in the middle of a strip mall. I feel that the sandwiched were reasonably priced, but then again, I do not live in the area and am unaware of the prices of the competition. The interior was neat and clean. The sandwiches were very good and not messy at all. This is your typical sub sandwich place with the exception that the meats seem to be freshly sliced when ordered. I would recommend this location to anyone. I want to thank them for the kindness the staff showed my parents and the patience the other customers had for us. read more

Nice place order from often quick and easy. I'm gluten free not by choice and they make awesome subs in a bowl...don't even miss the bread on this one. but they do have gf rolls I'm jus not a fan of gf bread in general. Great easy fast delicious sub shop! read more

Used to be good a year or so ago. New faces behind counter and don't know if management has changed as well. Went in recently and placed three sandwich orders which they messed up. I paid and walked over to pour some sweet tea and container was completely empty. I asked if they had anymore and a few minutes later an employee came out from the back with an attitude and grabbed the container looked inside and threw the lid inside. Since when does customer satisfaction go out the window ? They have the meat slicer cutting up meat so thin it doesn't even cut a complete piece of meat, it's only 3/4 of a slice, you say something about it and they give you an attitude, over priced with bad customer service. read more

Simple sandwiches. Not worth the price. You get a few slices and if you are lucky, you might see a slice peaking outside the bread. I give it two stars for their fresh bread and clean atmosphere, but you are better off going to Manny's on N. Kings Highway. read more

I left a positive review 6 months ago. It was great then. Tonight we got subs and they were terrible. Gristle in meat, much less meat than ever before. It's like watching them slowly going down.
