Bacon egg and cheese on a round roll.

Ok so I didn't have a bagel. I did have a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. The roll was not what I expected, but not horrible by any means. Place was cute, clean and efficient. Placed an order and it was fulfilled quickly. Just not that impressed. Not a bad place but not worth driving out of your way.

We went here for breakfast while visiting Myrtle Beach. Based on the reviews we gave them a try. Walked in to an old time feel and decor. The staff were nice. However the bagel not so much. I had the pork roll w/ egg and cheese. Good flavor cook properly. However the star off the show just didn't perform well. The bagel didn't have a great chew and seemed fairly old. Maybe better luck next time

This place is the best!! It's dog friendly and the food is delicious and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They were closed we went to another place. Never again

Good bagels are hard to come by in South Carolina or anywhere outside of NY or NJ for that matter. But my mission the morning I came to to Jersey Bagels and Subs wasn't to get bagels but to get Kaiser buns. My wife and I had a hankering for bacon, egg, cheese on a roll and finding a good hard roll is pretty tough in this area but we found this place on Yelp. I got to the store about the time they opened. It's a typical old style delicatessen / bagel shop that serves Boars Head Cold Cuts with their offerings in the deli case in front. There are several tables all around and for the most part it's a great little place that makes you feel welcome. I got to the counter and asked for some Kaiser rolls and it turns out that the they make their hard rolls themselves but only enough for sandwiches which they serve to their customers. However, they lady behind the counter was nice enough to sell me two. Now granted, I could have ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese on rolls and taken them home but we live an hour away and they would have gotten cold. Anyway, the rolls were out of this world delicious. I also took home 1/2 dozen bagels which were fantastic as well. I definitely found my go to bagel shop in Myrtle Beach.

First if all, menu is so bad. I can get a complex turkey sandwich but no lox and capers? Second of all, half our bagels tasted stale. 1 person working register and is super slow, bad attitude, and made a rude noise when I changed 1 thing on my order. Also, none of my bagels were toasted or warmed! Who wants a cold bagel!? Terrible bagel place and would rather go to a franchise over this poor attempt to profit off the Jersey name.

Big Dave is full on one sandwich. Come hungry. Leave happy.

Prices have gone up but that's okay, still reasonable and sandwiches are so large you can easily split one if not Big Dave or his child the "devourer". Only real bagels around and in the state.

Where is the hard roll? Grrr

I was going to give this place a 3 star rating but I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have been coming here for years & never was I ever so disappointed. So when I got to the counter I ask if they had hard rolls & 2 girls answered yes & soft rolls. I said 2 hard rolls with egg, bacon, sausage & cheese & one with ketchup & mayo. They must of changed owners or something because this is NOT anywhere close to being a Jersey hard roll this is a southern soft roll with everything I asked for except they put extra Mayo & NO ketchup. Being they put extra & I mean extra Mayo that's all I could taste. I could of made this better & cheaper at home. I am from Long Island & was craving for a hard roll & didn't get it. Guess I need to go visit back home & look for a new place that has a real hard roll.

Meh. Not the friendliest types, but then, they're from NJ. Forget NJ hard rolls! They are busy, so I guess I missed something!

Always a great stop! I always enjoy my sausage egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. The bagels are great a must when visiting here.

The bagels were really fresh and good! A bit overpriced and they didn't have lattes but besides that I recommend!

They were out of most of their bagels by the time we got there. We ordered: The Ricky Bobby - was very good, probably the best thing we had. Was supposed to come on a bagel, but my friend had to get it on sourdough instead. It was good regardless. Austin's special - This was pretty much just eggs on a bagel. Nothing special, but not bad. It might've been better but it was nerfed by the fact that that I had to have it on a wheat bagel and that I asked for no sausage. The sauce had very little flavor, I had to add my own salt, ketchup, and hot sauce. Probably would have needed more acid even if I got it without the modifications. Spinach and feta croissant - Not great. The croissant was not light or fluffy and the filling lacked flavor. Not much feta despite the name. Raspberry and cream danish and cinnamon roll- We could have gotten something similar at Costco or a grocery store bakery. My friends got coffee which they said was very good, some of the best they've had in the area. I can see this place being good, but you have to come early or on an off day to have access to the full menu and avoid long wait times. Otherwise you will have a middling experience. It was clear the kitchen was struggling to keep up.
