Key things to know: 1- on the weekend call in your order and arrive 5 mins later than what they tell you 2- you need to specify NOT toasted. This place wont blow your doors off, but their bagels are better than the grocery store. They close at 2pm on weekdays and can get really busy so consider calling in your order and going to pick it up. They also have delivery available. Plenty of seating, in house coffee is available, and they've got lots of bottled drink choices too. Supposedly the chicken salad is quite good, but I haven't tried it yet. They have an extensive collection of fresh bagels, including bialys, and many other top-flight items. Very NY, to include the staff, and I actually almost got homesick for a minute for Brooklyn! SO dissatisfied. My cinnamon sugar bagel had mystery meat stuck to the bottom, a random piece of cheese in the wrapper, and what I'm assuming is iceburg STUCK IN the cream cheese. Presentation is equally as important as cleanliness. I'm assuming my bagel was like this because they didn't clean the counters and utensils in between making sandwiches.
