We wanted to try a few apps/snacky items, so we ordered the mozzarella sticks, a corndog, and the buffalo chicken dip bites. The Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites (which I think are a limited time thing) were my favorite item of the apps. The outer shell is almost like a thin pretzely type dough, and it's crimped around the interior mixture of buffalo sauce and shredded chicken. The breading is buttery and crispy, but still easy to tear into two bites or bite into without breaking a tooth. These are super good to dip in some of their ranch dressing, so ask for that! Now the corn dog is the classic Sonic item, and it was pretty standard. I got their Signature Sauce and it was pretty good to dip the corn dog in, but if you like just classic corn dog style, you can request ketchup or honey mustard, etc. The Mozzarella Sticks seemed to not survive the trip very well, because they were sort of "snappy" (with no cheese pull at all, even after heating them up a little).
