Today I came to Jimmy John's for dinner via the drive thru. Ordered a number 4 turkey with lettuce and tomato added cheese. They only offer provolone cheese. The only mustard they offer is Dijon. I ordered the number 12 which has guacamole mashed on it. We got chips as a side no drinks. They were quick making the sandwich and it's tasted ok. Not outstanding flavor. Repeatedly delivers to the wrong person and/or location without contacting me. I have to call to find out what happened to my order and get fed excuses for why've missed out on lunch and how the driver didn't know where to go, even though I've spelled out directions and have a phone number. When 3/5 times the driver has no issues, and the frequency I order-there should be zero excuses anymore. Furthermore, I rarely get my sandwich directions followed either and typically don't complain, I just eat it. After today, I will no longer order from this location. I am from out of state and was craving a sandwich. My Sister-n-law (an Auburn local) said this place was delicious, so I ordered us all sandwiches. However, when my food arrived on the receipt was a note in bold black and red writing stating "ONLY Jimmy John's delivers Jimmy John's! NOT Door Dash!" So I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady named Kim. I expressed how this made me feel really uncomfortable to receive because not only am I from out of state, but they showed up first on my Door Dash app. She then stated that the note was written to "let us know for next time" and I said; "I wouldn't feel comfortable there being a next time after how I'm getting treated for this situation. No apology was given and no recognition or accountability for making a customer feel unwelcome and punished in a sense. I then asked for the Manager's name, I was given "Sadis" and then a slight annoyance and laugh when telling me her manager's name. I felt rushed off the phone with no further action taken. Their customer service was very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend going here. AND, they are really greedy with their meat, as it only has one thin piece and mostly lettuce and bread. I am sure there are other sandwich spots you can try with higher grade food and service. Dear Kim and the employees/managers at Jimmy John's, If you're in a bad mood, please don't take it out on us customers. Last time they had something wrong in the address and just cancelled the order but never called me...smh!! Last time they forgot my chips and I had to wait another 20 minutes for those to get delivered...It kind of takes away from the "convenience" part of a delivery , when they forget your order or take longer than it would take you to go there and come back. Unfortunately, this location took almost an hour and a half to make and deliver my order. The sandwich didn't seem that fresh (I got an unwich) and there was a serious lack of meat, I ordered the Italian Night Club (which is supposed to be a much larger sandwich) and it had 2 slices of deli meat total, which is a disappointing ass unwich lol. Ok, roomie got int the mood for subs so we decided to hit Jimmy Johns. now I personally do not like the Jimmy Johns chain since the owner is a self professed big game hunter, but since I was not ordering and the food was free I guess I cant complain. Regardless we ordered four different sandwiches, not terribly complicated for an establishment known for making sandwiches. I had a simple order the Hunters Club that only comes with roast beef, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce & mayo. I simply asked for no cheese and light mayo easy right. Well when the driver arrived and I opened the sandwich it was the total opposite of what I asked for. It was loaded with jalapenos, cheese, ranch sauce, onions and lettuce. Not even close to what I asked for The call was made to replace the sandwich and they did, when the new sandwich arrived it was 90% correct but they left the cheese on. I don't know why everyone thinks roast beef needs to have cheese but I am not a fan. This Jimmy Johns has lost credibility in my opinion. I fully understand that people make mistakes and that a place that handles that large a volume of customers is bound to make some here and there, after all they are human What I cannot get past is that when I needed it replaced they still could not get and incredibly simple order right. The company I work for has a lot of employees who use the Auburn JJ's and the owner would think this is a plus. Must order 100 sandwiches a week. Today was Employee Appreciation Day so every dept was able to order a sandwich. Either they didn't have a lot of product to share, or just plain cheap and lazy. I don't ever remember a sandwich from JJ's to be so bad. I had a full #! PEPE, and got 1 piece of ham on each side of the bread with a triangle of cheese on that ham, folded with a handful of lettuce and 1 tomato sliced in half. All that for $8.00.....next time someone offers, I'll not accept. It is purely wasteful, just shut your doors. With this kind of food, you won't keep customers.
