It was filled with cucumbers , lettuce and tomatoes . It was yummy I knocked one star down as they do not have the option to toast my sandwich. This is the only way I like eating my sandwiches. So by the time I paid for my tuna, chips, and contributed towards the delivery and tip it was $9. I recently visited Auburn University for a MORNING football game. As I was trying to park on campus,a Jimmy Johns driver (driving approximately 30 miles an hour in a parking lot) almost smashes into me causing what would have been fatalities/sever injuries. Not only does the driver proceeds to flick me off and tell me to GO F* myself, she then dares me to go talk to her manager. So, I did... I politely asked the manager to come out from behind the counter and talk to me about the situation. Instead of handling the situation privately, he refused my offer and continued making sandwiches, in front of customers, causing a scene. Due to how he was handling the situation, I explained that I would be in contact with Jimmy Johns corporate regarding the incident. *After this comment, the manager then proceeded to kick me out of the establishment.* After our conversation concluded, there was no resolution, no indication on how he would handle the situation, and I might add that the restaurant was now empty because of the scene. *I cannot believe that you would kick a valued customer out of your establishment over an incident that is clearly your (Jimmy John's)fault. It was extremely packed inside that restaurant so we decided to eat outside since my grandmother was with us and there's currently a second Covid spike. We didn't want to be around too many people. There is a table right outside this jimmy John's so we sat there. They were CLOSED for another two hours. There were no paying customers needing those tables. We felt it was fine to sit there and I think most people with common sense would agree. Especially during the pandemic we should all be making life easier for each other not more difficult. After about 5 minutes an extremely rude employee came out with an attitude and told us we had to leave. We were a bit confused considering they were closed and we were not taking a table from a paying customer. And she very rudely insisted we just leave even though they were closed for another two hours. I've been to lots of Jimmy John's before, and this one fails miserably. In Illinois, the JJ's employees greet you when you walk in the door. Not here. They barely looked up, indifferently. A guy with no personality morosely took our order. While we waited for our food, I went to the bathroom. Well, the toilet in the women's room was clogged. I HATE using men's rooms, they are always disgusting, but I'm pregnant and had to pee. I squatted and it went OK. Now I'm dying to wash my hands and guess what? NO SOAP. This place is nasty.
