When I opened the pizza, it had a strong, off-putting smell that reminded me of vomit. While I was initially skeptical, I tried it and the taste was okay, but the bottom of the crust was tough. Some of my family members agreed that the smell was concerning, and one person chose not to eat it at all. I spoke with the store manager, who was apologetic and offered to remake the pizza if I returned it, but the pizza had already been eaten. He also suggested I submit a complaint online. Additionally, the brownies I had hoped to order were unavailable due to inventory issues, and I had to substitute Oreo bites. I've been a loyal customer and enjoy Papa John's, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps the team review quality and preparation practices for this new item.

A good selection of beers on tap. Will try the Neapolitan pie next time to experience the wood fired oven.
