He accessed and gave me a quote using his service department (two man team, paid hourly). He figured it would save me money (versus a flat charge) since the work wasn't too big. Technicians came out the following week. Edmundo explained his work and did his magic so future water would divert more towards the gutters than the side of our house. Techs were both super nice and hard working. They finished the repair in a few hours. I received the invoice a few weeks later, and notice a small discrepancy. Joe verified the work with his technicians and fix the invoice. Excellent customer service! Communication, work and customer service is great. Love working with companies like this.
