The crew arrived on time every day, kept the worksite clean (they did a full cleanup at the end of each day), and treated my property with respect throughout the project. The quality of the installation itself was top-notch--exactly what you want when you're investing in something as critical as your roof. A special callout to Dylon, the project manager. His communication was exceptional--clear, proactive, and consistent. He stayed directly involved throughout the job, which made a big difference in ensuring everything went smoothly. It's rare to see that level of hands-on management. They also handled the solar panel dismount and reinstall flawlessly, which is not a trivial task. Even though I'm now upgrading my system due to the NEM 3.0 transition, their work made that process seamless. Post-installation support has been just as impressive. They've continued to be responsive and helpful, especially coordinating around my new solar project--something many companies tend to disappear on after the job is done. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. And as a bonus--no nonsense on the job site. Unlike some other crews I've seen in the neighborhood, these guys were professional the entire time. Bottom line: excellent workmanship, strong communication, fair pricing, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, Liza's can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel completely taken care of. Her pricing was competitive and she was incredibly responsive. Any time we had a question during the project, she got back to us quickly and made sure we had the clarity we needed. At one point, her team had to remove our garage exhaust fan, and instead of just putting back what was there, Liza replaced it with an even better one. She also went out of her way to help us with a few small projects that weren't even related to the roof. There was one hiccup with the painter on the job, but as soon as Liza knew, she took care of it and made sure the work would be completed. Overall, it was a great experience despite the small hiccup and we'd absolutely recommend Liza and her team to anyone in need of roofing or remodeling work. In an industry where it's easy to feel taken advantage of, Liza did the opposite. She genuinely looked out for us every step of the way and we're so grateful for that. My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.
