We've had many water leaks over the years, the roofing company that did it 10 years ago did not do a number of things correctly and are now out of business so we really wanted to get it right this time. I've had several roofers do work for us in the past and they all talk a good game initially but are generally okay to sketchy at best when it comes to getting the work done. Christian Roofing sets a new standard of Excellence in my opinion. From Johnny the estimator who is super friendly, professional and so knowledgeable he helped guide us into the proper roof that will not leak even if there's some ponding. The front office was spot on with Billing incrementally at the correct times and always there for any questions. Finally the crew including Juan Valdez, Alfonso, and their team were as professional and courteous as they come. They showed up every day at exactly the time scheduled and worked through extreme heat and humidity always keeping a positive can do attitude. They offered to cover things inside the house as needed and at the end of every day I received an email explaining exactly what they did that day with before and after pictures. Who does this? They even put a porta potty by the house so they didn't need to use our restrooms and the crew could remain on site for their lunches again next level. There was also some complex coordination with the patio company that would be building a patio and attaching to the edge of the new roof and they handled it flawlessly. I also threw a few curve balls at them during the project including having an old solar tube replaced and some damaged flashing outside of the work area repaired and again the response was no problem, the change order was written and it was done. I rarely write reviews but their service was so exceptional I had to do so here. If you want the best go with Christian roofing and you won't be sorry.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my roof replacement by Dana Logsdon Roofing. Although the…read moreexperience wasn't perfect, the quality of the work and the professionalism of several team members made it a five-star experience for me. Josue, the estimator, did an excellent job. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough in measuring and evaluating my roof, and very easy to communicate with. He took the time to help clarify the scope of work. Albert and his installation crew did a fantastic job. Albert is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with. The finished roof looks gorgeous, and even my neighbor sent me a message complimenting how beautiful it looks. I really appreciate their workmanship and attention to detail. The demolition crew also deserves recognition. They did a great job removing the old roof while keeping both my backyard and my neighbor's backyard clean. I appreciated their care in minimizing the mess. Owner Dana provided great support, and the office responded quickly regarding the invoice and warranty paperwork. There were a few areas for improvement. First, on the originally scheduled installation day, I received a call that morning informing me that the crew could not start as planned. I understand that rain and extreme heat can disrupt schedules and create backlogs, but earlier notice would have been appreciated. After the job was rescheduled for 1 p.m., the project manager and crew arrived around 11:30 a.m., while I was away, and started tearing off the roof without meeting with me first. I would have preferred that they wait until the agreed-upon time so I could meet with the project manager before work began. I also experienced some difficulty getting clear communication from the project manager about the scope of work. The project manager eventually contacted Josue, who helped clarify things. Finally, although I offered the workers access to my guest bathroom every day, they unfortunately chose to relieve themselves in a corner of my backyard. I would have appreciated more consideration and professionalism in this regard. Despite these issues, I'm happy with the overall result. The roof looks beautiful, the installation quality is excellent, and the team members I worked most closely with were knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. I would give Dana Logsdon Roofing five stars for the quality of the work and the final result, while encouraging the company to improve scheduling communication, project coordination, and job-site professionalism.

Each day they were on time, worked hard, and completed the job in five days, just as promised. From the initial bid to the final walkthrough, their communication was spot-on--whether by email, text, or phone, they kept me informed throughout. Huge kudos to the crew! They were friendly, polite, as quiet as roofers can be (ha ha), and super clean. Each day, before they left, they made sure to clean up all the roofing debris then they raked and finished up with a blower. Chris, the owner, was straightforward, professional, and very hands-on throughout the entire project. What impressed me most was that he worked right alongside his crew every day and appeared to work just as hard as anyone on the team. The crew consistently arrived just before 7:00 AM, but never started work early out of consideration for us and our neighbors. They were dependable, communicative, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the job site. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area around our home, swept the sidewalks, and carefully searched for nails and debris. Chris was also very accurate and honest with his estimates. He explained upfront that any damaged wood replacement would be additional because it's impossible to know the extent of hidden damage ahead of time. In our case, there was a significant amount of dry rot and insect damage, but all of the extra woodwork still came in well within the estimated range he had provided. The project was also completed about a day earlier than expected. As an added touch, Chris even offered to paint the fascia for us if I supplied the matching paint. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We've worked with many contractors over the years, and this company ranks among the very best. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.
