I describe at the bottom of this message just how difficult this job was . They exceeded my expectations. Alex who did the work was professional, friendly, efficient and very hard-working. Communication before the job was very good and the quote was in line with the price. I'm very pleased with the work. This was not your average gutter and roof cleaning project. There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy. Alex pulled them out and even they had Roots that extended down into the downspouts. Again, I couldn't be more happy.

The quality of their work is excellent, and Jamis stands behind his work with a warranty. It's not easy to find a contractor you can truly trust, and we're so glad we found them. Not only did she do a good job, I felt like I was losing a trusted member of the family. So I dreaded trying to find her replacement. I wanted to simplify my life and start using a professional house cleaning service, (my housekeeper was an employee on payroll and sometimes called in sick). I was very fortunate to find Fresh-N-Home on the internet. Fresh-N-Home is a fully insured company with wonderful employees who are trained, thorough and trustworthy. I like that they consistently send out the same gals, and if a substitute is needed I am assured I will get a seasoned replacement. Voila- just like magic- I am so happy with Fresh-N-Home! No more hassle. Michelle and Aimee cheerfully clean my home every week and they do a FANTASTIC JOB!! I love that we are a team now. I teach them my preferences and they teach me tips and tricks for efficient cleaning. Best of all, I like that they are not afraid to ask me questions, offer suggestions, or point out areas that need cleaning that had been overlooked before. I've used Fresh-N-Home for two months and I already feel so comfortable having them in my home. While I certainly miss my housekeeper of many years, I look forward to a long-term relationship with Fresh-N-Home and I especially like working with Michelle and Aimee. I get a sparkling clean home in 1 day with my new team, as opposed to 2 days a week for all those years. Sue.C. San Diego, CA.

We are a military family and we just moved to San Diego from Hawaii. We signed a lease on a unit…read morethat we did not see in person since we had to quickly lock in a place to live in the short time frame the military gave us to move. We moved in and found that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned from when the previous renters lived there so we did some research and decided to hire Fresh-n-Home. I had high hopes for this company because the other reviews were outstanding, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The unit was empty when we hired them to come in and clean so I didn't think they'd have any issues finding the areas that needed to be deep-cleaned. There was candle wax splattered on the walls and floors; caked on grease on the cabinets; food splattered on the wall above the stove; a brown ring in the toilet; mold on the dishwasher; among other things. To their credit, they were able to remove the mold from the dishwasher and the brown ring in the toilet, but everything else appeared to be untouched. In fact, they even broke one of the handles on our toilet and left the pieces on the bathroom counter. I found it rude that they didn't mention the damage once they had left, so I emailed Kelly and she was courteous and offered to send the girls back to clean and fix what was missed. Keep in mind, the first time they came they spent about 4.5 hours "cleaning" the house. A couple days later they came back and fixed the toilet handle and wiped the food splatter off the wall. There was still wax on the wall and she asked me if I would like her to remove it, I said yes. She told me the first time they were there they weren't able to get the grease off the cabinets because we didn't have any hot water since the water heater wasn't turned on. By the end of it, we still had grease on our cabinets and our floors were dirty (even though I saw her mop). They just didn't seem as thorough as advertised. And we were charged $292.50...

Scheduling was quick and easy, which was especially important given the timeline I was working with. The technician who came out was extremely polite, professional, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the roof and explain his findings, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Their pricing was also very fair and reasonable, especially compared to some of the other companies I've dealt with during the home-buying process. On top of that, their follow-up and communication were outstanding. They stayed in contact, answered my questions, and made the entire process simple. I would absolutely recommend Top Flight Roofing to anyone who needs a roof inspection or roofing work. Great company, great communication, and great service!

He even came out and brought samples of the colors we were stuck between. We had a few questions before deciding and he was always quick to respond. We were scheduled within a few weeks but the crew was delayed on another project because of the weather. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. There were some delays along the way so it took a bit longer than expected. I took off a star for a couple reasons. 1. They didn't put plastic down while working in our sunroom so there was a lot of black grit all over the room. It was a real pain to clean up but nothing got ruined so not such a big deal. 2. The workers left trash in our yard. Not just roof stuff but bottled drinks and food wrappers. 3. There was a pipe that was installed crooked that we wanted to have fixed. We had let Alan know within a couple days of them finishing and he said he would come back in a couple weeks. 2 months went by without us hearing anything so I reached out again. He said he could have someone out the next morning but they didn't show. The did come the following day and it was fixed easily. 4. We had requested a copy of something showing we had paid for our supplies in case we needed it if the supplier tried to put a lien on the house. We have asked 3 times now and still haven't received anything. It makes me a little nervous but I do have an invoice showing a zero balance so I hope that will suffice. 5. When Alan first came out he said we would be able to pay by card through the Quickbooks invoice he sent. We did that for the initial deposit but he asked for the remaining payments to be by check because of a fee on the card. Not a big deal but I was planning on putting it in my credit card for points. We explained this to him and we worked out an agreement. So all in all it was an ok experience. Alan's estimate was about $1600 less than another company we called out and I think it was worth it. Just stay on top of things yourself and don't rely on someone else.
