I'm not sure why, I pulled in at 3 PM on a Wednesday and when I pulled my truck up they basically told me they could not do my truck today. It was a standard F150 truck, they did not explain why. Two employees were sitting inside. I'm not sure if they didn't have parts, I'm not sure if they didn't wanna work, I'm just not sure what went on. The only frustrating thing is that I had typed in oil change places and drove about 20 minutes to try them out. Won't do it again. read more

The worst experience of my life, The service was terrible the employees were rude, We went for an oil change and asked the guys to check the lights which they did not do, When I left the place after 15 minutes driving my car a strange sound, and the oil light was showing on the dashboard, I parked my car on the street and got out of the car and checked under my car and all the oil was coming out, the engine was completely hot, short story we had to go to another place to put more oil in the car and check what happened, which they told us in the other place we went that they did not do the job well, they forgot to put something... If you go to this place, you'll regret it, they don't do their job well, and if you go make sure your car doesn't spill oil. read more

usually my go-to place for years. the team is always great and CRAZY fast! however, today I arrive and am told the wait will be about 25-30 minutes because there are two guys working and they need to change two tires on the car that's in front of me (already inside-jacked up & tires are removed) I figure no problem. can't be long (maybe 5 minutes) for two guys to put on 2 new tires. in the now 20 minutes I have been sitting here neither of them have come out or touched the car in front of me. no work has been done. we will see if they finish in the 25/30 I was told.. hate that this experience is happening when this and the team are usually my favorite. read more

The service was fast and quick. The workers were polite and courteous..However I paid $250 to get my air conditioning serviced and 1 day later it's blowing hot air.. I took my car back to them and the man brings out a paper and says " I'm sorry that I didn't give you this the first day when you paid"..The paper basically said that if the air didn't work that I would have to pay more money to get more work done.. I WAS LIKE WHAT??,, WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME ABOUT THIS? HE SAID "I'm sorry". He said we will work on it some more". I waited over an hour for them to work on it. He said" it's fixed". I went home The next day I went to work early in the morning so I didn't need air conditioning..I didn't turn it on. By the time I got off work it was hot! I turned it on and 10 minutes later my car started spewing gray smoke from under the hood! I call the fire department and they came to 38th and Washington Blvd and pushed it out of the street. They told me to not drive it. I paid $183 to have it towed home. I called them and they gave me Chris Christensen phone number. He called me back and said that they would refund my money and to take it to another Jiffy Lube. I tool it to another Jiffy lube. The mechanic that tore my car up came to the second location and lied and said that he didn't do nothing wrong. I was told that they would get to the bottom of it. I rented a car and 3 days later my car is still sitting at the second Jiffy lube UNTOUCHED! I stopped by to check on my car and the manager apologized to me for not working on my car. He said that Chris Christensen called up there and told him to lift my hood and take UNAUTHORIZED photos of my engine. Chris Christensen never asked my permission to photograph my property! The manager told me that Chris Christensen said.." Where going to send it to another shop to investigate what is wrong ". That's a huge lie..How can he be investigating what's wrong when my car has been sitting UNTOUCHED for 3 days...Yet I'm still paying for a rental car!!! Warning!!!!!! Stay Away from Jiffy lube that is owned by Steve and Jennifer Sanners!!! They had incompetent people work on my vehicle!!! WARNING!!!! DONT PATRONIZE THEM!!! CHRIS CHRISTENSEN doesn't have the customer service skills to respond to my calls! He gets other people to respond! Stay Away!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Getting an oil change in the land of Covid...I typically take my car to the dealer to do all my car maintenance, but I wasn't sure how they were handling Covid. I saw signs up at Jiffy Lube for stay in your car service. I pulled up and 3 employees appeared. They opened the door and guided me in. All of them put their masks up. So they must have them down while no customers are in the building. I was greated and asked what service I needed. I was handed a clipboard and pen to write my info down. They may want to rethink that part of the process. Sat in my car while they changed the oil. Gave one young man my credit card and then I was on my way. Good for 7,000 miles and hopefully well into vaccines and getting life back to some normal. This was easier than expected. read more

Twice now I have arrive at 0815, they open at 0800, and been told that id have to wait an unknown amount of time for the manager to arrive in order to get my oil change. The first time I waited until 0845 and ended up leaving as I had other errands to run. Today I waited until 0915 before the manager finally arrived. An hour and 15 minutes after opening. Not even an apology given for the time they have wasted. TWICE. While this jiffy lube is quick and efficient, I don't recommend trusting their listed hours since they apparently are not enforced. read more

I usually have meh experiences at Jiffy Lube in general, but I was in a rush and decided to give it another try. I'm so glad I did! Everyone at this location was friendly and they didn't try to push an up-sale on me. Swept my car inside, washed my windows, and change my oil in under 20 minutes! Very bad experience. First of all waited for 5-10 mins before anybody realized I was there. Turns out only one person working. I was just there for a basic oil change thought it would be quick in and out. Wasn't the case. This guy was more interested in adding services on, convinced me to go synthetic. That's fine if I'm getting good work but to pay extra for horrible service is why this gets a one star. It took a whole hour and chato get the oil change. They vacuum the inside and check the air in your tires and other things to make it look like they are working. During my next oil change the mechanic told me the guy that did this oil change stripped the pan and I would need to get the oil pan replaced sometime. I told him I wasn't surprised since the guy at jiffy lube didn't know what he was doing. Also the tire pressure caps were all loose and one was missing. All this annoying because I figured I paid extra I would be getting better service. Not the case. If you go to this jiffy lube beware of Antoine M. He doesn't know what he's doing and is only interested in upcharging. Ended up spending $73 for horrible service. Update: Someone reached out to me from guest services. She told me she would schedule a time for a mechanic to inspect my oil pan if I would bring the car in when I was free. Fast forward a month I emailed the lady back and she set up an appointment for me. The mechanic rethreaded my drain plug and I got a free oil change. Great display of customer service. Customer service was very professional. Car hasn't leaked since. Jiffy lube delivered here and I'm thankful. read more
