Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

They said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until Monday, so I remembered Eagle Auto which was half a mile away. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. Well stocked coffee bar and snacks. Jessica asked if I needed to do any work bc they have an office for people that work while they wait. How great is that? Thanks Eagle Auto for your kindness, thoroughness and promptness.

I got a text verification right away AND the best part is that CBros actually communicates via text. Updates, questions, anything you need- they will respond in a timely manner. For people like me who work and can't always answer a call or make a call, the text option is a Godsend. Brought my car in on the evening 5pm of a Tuesday. Wednesday at 8:30 I was sent a text that said my car was being inspected. Attached a pic of our timely communication in photos. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and there were even videos to show what was happening with my cars brakes and why they needed replacing. I mean, never have I received a report like this. The quote followed soon after. So easy to read again and all I had to do was approve or deny the service, sign and the work could begin. All in all, I would definitely recommend CBros and will definitely be coming back. Their service and value was outstanding. True professionals.

I am always hesitant to use a mechanic, but Pyramid Transmissions sent me here due to my car being an import and it needed more than my general shop felt comfortable in doing. I called them up, told them Pyramid referred me and that I wanted someone honest to take care of my car. I was told to drop the car off and they would take a look. They told me that they would not get to it for a couple of days, but the next day I received a call from the shop. They went over the needs of the car and the estimate in basics and then sent out a full review of the car via text/email that showed everything in detail on what was wrong as well as what they were going to do to fix it. It was very detailed and it made me feel very happy to know that someone was really taking a good look at the car and helping to maintain it. There were a couple of cosmetic items that they specifically stated they did not perform and they were honest with what work they sent out and what was done in shop. This allowed me to make decisions on each item and allow them to move forward with the car repairs. I was updated regularly on the car via text and they were very responsive to those texts, not just a robot sending them. I felt like my car was in very good hands and they did not talk to me in any kind of demeaning manner, I was a customer and I felt they treated me with respect and knowledge (which can be hard as a female taking in a car). The job took a little longer due to ordering of a tool that was needed, but again, everything was relayed to me and updated via text. I felt like I was just sitting in the waiting room and getting regular updates! Went to pick up the car and was offered a cash discount which was nice and I took it and then was told to bring the car back in at 5000 miles for a quick check and oil change to make sure everything was tight. I asked how much that would be, I was told just bring it in and we won't charge you and you can be out of here in 30 minutes or so. I felt like I was family here and was treated with respect and honesty and I will not take my import anywhere else after this experience. THANK YOU FOR BEING A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO OUR AREA AND FOR BEING A QUALITY HONEST BUSINESS. SHOUT OUT TO JARED and i cannot remember the other guy (UGH SO SORRY). But they were both amazing!

This time it was when we went through a car wash, go figure.
