History
Established in 2018.
From day one, we’ve worked on vehicles of all makes and models. Our background and experience, shaped after moving to the U.S. from Germany, influenced how we approach repairs - with attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for the customer.
Over time, one thing became clear: listening matters more than assumptions. Our customers’ questions, concerns, and feedback helped shape how we work and how we improve.
For many years, our focus was primarily B2B, providing fleet maintenance and service for local businesses. That’s why our Yelp presence is still growing. In the second half of 2025, we intentionally expanded our focus to better serve individual customers and families.
We are a small, independent shop. Our team lives in Carmel, Westfield, and Indianapolis, and we work on the cars of our neighbors, friends, and local businesses. We’re proud to be part of the community and grateful for the trust you place in us.
Meet the Manager: Emil R.
He is a trained marine engineer, with a strong technical background in mechanics and systems thinking. That engineering foundation naturally led him into the automotive world, where precision, structure, and responsibility matter every day.
Emil has always had a deep interest in cars and automotive history. Different generations of vehicles reflect different eras and engineering ideas, and being able to work with modern cars while understanding how they evolved is something that truly inspires him.
His approach to auto repair is built on clarity, honesty, and respect for the customer. He believes people deserve clear explanations, thoughtful diagnostics, and work that genuinely helps them feel confident about their vehicle.
For Emil, auto repair is not just a job, but a way to stay connected to engineering, craftsmanship, and the ongoing story of automobiles.
