We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. The woman…read morethat answered the phone kept getting distracted talking to other employees and then at one point simply walked away from the phone for over three minutes without saying anything or telling me she was walking away leaving me to just say hello over and over after it had been silent for a long time. When she finally returned, she told me the oil change would be $99 and that they wanted $113 for a set of windshield wipers. I asked how the windshield wipers were so expensive and she stated that it was $30 per windshield wiper plus $54 for "labor" I understand why this location has so many bad reviews now
