Will was fantastic to work with and a true blessing!! My elderly mom and Aunt took my very ill brother to Indianapolis for an appointment and had car trouble. Over 100 miles from home, we had no idea who to call for help and was thinking a family member would have to make a trip to Indy to retrieve the car and my family. I did a quick search(from Illinois) and went on a wing and a prayer that this would be a reliable source for help. Will has been nothing but helpful and honest, and his labor prices are very fair. He doesn't have business relationships with any brands which allows you to spend as little or as much money on parts as you want, given that he just does the installations/repairs. He will give his honest recommendations for which parts to buy but ultimately leaves those decisions up to you. I trust his knowledge so I follow his advice, but again -- he gives you the final say about the parts he installs. read more

The gentleman was professional efficient and polite. I will refer him to all my buddies. Never expected him to show up after dark July 3rd but he said he was on his way with the new starter. The rust bucket of mines starter was literally rusted to the engine causing bolts to strip out so he rethreaded having to man handle the job. Will was very friendly and prompt. I have an old Camry with 330,000 miles on it that needed brake pads. When the wheels came off it needed quite a bit more. I watched Will and his assistant work and have done complete brake jobs before and this was needed unfortunately. He helped me get some cheaper prices at Advance by buying online and applying coupons that I did not know about. They cleaned up afterwords and made me test drive it before they left. Scammed me out of 90$ For diagnostic test. Lied and said it was my master cylinder and made me buy another one and in all it was my brake booster.
