Few things sink your stomach faster than that, especially when you're hours from home. We called every major auto repair shop we could find. Not one would even look at it, let alone touch it. Nobody had a qualified technician available, and we were running out of options and, honestly, hope. After three attempts to reach Dynamic, the owner called us back personally. Not a receptionist, not a voicemail: the owner. She told us he could meet us in 10 minutes, and he did. The technician met us on site. He didn't just show up. He looked things over, gave us honest guidance, and sent us off with a jug of coolant and the confidence to keep going. No runaround, no pressure, just genuine help from someone who clearly cares about people. In a moment when everyone else said "can't," he said "let's go." I truly can't thank him enough and Dynamic from helping us out. We got back on the road because a stranger decided to go out of his way for us on an early Saturday morning. Once the mechanics arrived and opened the doors, they quickly evaluated my wife's car. The tension in the situation was relieved when the concern was identified and its severity reduced. We cleared the EVAP system error code, and my wife continued her journey home. There were some complications with administering compensation for the services, but we worked them out.

If they get near the tires, they let the air out and set off my tire pressure gauge every time. This time I let them try and change a brake light, which they failed to do. They claimed my old light wasn't burnt out so it not lighting must be a wiring issue. My included picture on this review shows the bulb in question on the right and a new bulb from Autozone on the left. If that's not a burnt out bulb, I don't know what is.

My concern was that management knew they were short-staffed well before my appointment, but waited until the last minute to notify me after I had already left work and was on my way. When I returned the call, Mandy repeatedly talked over me instead of allowing me to explain my concerns. She then told me, "You can go up the road to another Meineke." I found that response disrespectful, especially after being a loyal customer of this location for years. After I informed her that I would be contacting Corporate, Chris called me. When I asked for his name and title, he became dismissive and huffed before finally responding after I asked several times. He then canceled my appointment without my authorization and also suggested that I go to another Meineke location. Both employees continuously talked over me instead of listening to my concerns. It is about poor communication, a lack of professionalism, disrespect, and the way customers are treated. They did try to do some upselling, which I don't fault them for - that's what many businesses do and tell their employees to do. And, unlike some other car service establishments I have been to, they were not pushy with their upselling, and just told me what was offers were available and kept on giving me great service when I declined. Turns out I needed not only my brakes but rotors replaced as well. Consequence for always having music turned up when driving so I never heard the warning "squeaks". That was at 9:30 this morning and by 2:30pm I was able to go pick it up. I travel a lot for work and was worried I would be without a vehicle for longer than I could afford to be. So I was extremely relieved when I was told I would have it back the same day. The service here is wonderful and I feel like I got a fair price for the work I needed done. I will be returning for any future work I need and would encourage others to go there as well.
