Well first they could improve their pricing and service. Came in and was automatically turned down due to lack of availability to perform work in an efficient manner. I thought about the wait but decided to ask about the price for a transmission swap. 8,000 dollars and refused to allow me to purchase a refurbished one from outsourcing. I called him out on it. 8,000 I could buy a used car for that price. It was clear as day he either didn't want to do it or was trying to straight bend me over. I don't recommend f this is his business practices. People deserve better treatment. read more

I have taken my cars to Integrity Automotive for more than 30 years. They are simply the best!

I've come here a few times now and their name says it all. As a single gal on her own it means a lot to trust a place with your car and know they'll do what's best for you. The owners and workers are all great. They explain everything thoroughly and give you options and time. I've called literally saying "my car is in chaos please help me!" And they are so nice and listen! I'm not an expert or even remotely aware of how cars work--so I appreciate them explaining everything thoroughly and even showing me what was wrong so I was aware. Great guys and a great mechanic. No other place I'd trust to help me. Please be aware 1)call ahead, they're busy so they may not get to you for a few days but it's worth the wait 2) they close at 4:30pm and open at 7:30pm.be aware of their working hours 3) they are closed on the weekends. So yes I've had to wait a few days to bring my car in but to me it's worth it knowing the expertise they provide. read more

As a woman, going to a repair shop can end up with you being belittled, and ultimately talked into expensive repairs that you dont need. This place is the exact opposite of that. They give you real and honest advice for reasonable prices. Car problems are stressful and I appreciate how kind and patient they are in explaining the issues and costs to me. I brought my car in to inspect a noise that seemed to be coming from the engine. Initially Josh quoted $80 for an inspection, but upon learning that I'd be shipping the car out of state in a few days anyway, he offered to just drive around the block and see if he could diagnose the issue for free. Given his incredible experience he was able to spot the issue right away. Thankfully it wasn't an urgent issue, but if I had stayed in town I would've definitely gotten a repair from them. This was my first experience having my car repaired at Integrity. I went online to choose a repair shop that had good ratings. Integrity was a 4.9. I called and received a call back shortly after leaving a message. I brought my car in for them to give me an estimate on what was needed. My car is 10 years old and when I left the shop I felt it handled like a new car. Great experience. I would recommend them. read more

After this shop completed a front axle replacement on my 2011 Nissan Sentra, my review is that this shop needs a new name. "Integrity" is far from what I experienced. When deciding whether or not to complete the $1100 repair, this shop told me the vehicle was in "fine condition." After I brought up the idea of salvaging it, they only offered to waive the initial diagnostic fee ($75), even though I received multiple offers of $500-$600 from salvage yards. After the repair process began, I got a call saying they needed a new $400 bracket that wasn't included in the initial estimate. Not only was I able to find this bracket on Amazon for $91, but the repair couldn't have been completed without it being removed in the first place. After I voiced my frustration it was magically removed and reused less than an hour later. During that call, I was told that Integrity Automotive always strives to "under-promise and over-deliver." Well throughout this repair, they did the exact opposite. By not providing accurate, worse-case-scenario quotes, they over-promised and under-delivered. I emailed the shop after the repair was completed and paid for in an attempt to make amends, but unsurprisingly, never got a reply. read more

My boyfriend had both of his cars go on the fritz in the same week (right before Christmas). He'd never used Integrity Automotive before, but they were close to his house, so he took one of his cars in. They ended up fixing it in a day (failed brakes on a 1999 Suburban) and for a lot less than their initial quote, and the repair seems to be working great so far. He decided to have them work on his BMW as well. Despite them being very busy, they told him to drop it off and they'd work it in when they could during the week. A day later, they'd fixed that car for him as well. Everyone there seems very friendly, and the repairs have held up well so far. I would definitely take my car to them if I was in need of repairs. read more

Great customer service and repair performed promptly, but be prepared to grossly overpay. Billed $225 for a starter that retails for $100-140, charged a $58 diagnostic fee (after explaining on the phone that I had spent most of my weekend diagnosing the problem and just wanted them to replace the starter for me because I was tired of working on it), and billed for 1.5 hours of labor on a job that books at 0.8. If you value speed and convenience over all else, and money is no object, I'd recommend them. Personally, I'm going back to doing my own repairs. read more

Blue collar, passionate, honest. I went to integrity Automotive for the first time today, and was extremely pleased with their service. Like many, I went in for a basic oil-change, but also had other questions regarding to my car, specifically my tire pressure, and tread. The man behind the desk, (unsure of name, Bob, maybe?) was honest, letting me know what needed to be done, and what didn't. JR and the gang at Integrity Automotive live up to their name and provide quality, trustworthy service. I had a broken throttle cable on my Jeep and I had to have it fixed by the end of Friday. I call them Friday morning and they said, "bring it in". I tow my Jeep there, drop it off, didn't even bother getting a quote, and left. They call me around noon and tell me it's done. They didn't have to replace the whole cable and only replaced the clip at the end - $10 plus labor. A lot of other shops will replace the whole cable and give you a list of 25 other things that need replacing. Not these guys. I highly recommend Integrity Automotive. read more

This is the best repair shop I've ever been to. JR is a really great guy and obviously cares for his clients. The team always gets work done extremely efficiently and JR calls and explains the issues in layman's terms. I know nothing about cars but he's patient with me and explains everything. After looking at the Yelp reviews, I took my father's car for service and I am very happy that I made that decision. JR and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The service was fast and they were sure to keep us informed every step of the way. They even helped me out by returning a defective car battery for me without having the trouble to take it to the automotive store where the original battery was purchased. My experience here was outstanding; they were straight with me, answered my questions very thoroughly, and took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was without being patronizing. I was assured that my issue would be addressed, and not just have a band-aid put on the car - music to my ears! Their service is scary fast, personable, and trustworthy. My only qualm was that the price for some easier repairs is quite high compared to local shops, but you always have the option of taking your car elsewhere. Jr and the guys at Integrity are AMAZING. My catalytic converter needed replacing after having other work done there and being a single mom on limited income; I took it somewhere else trying to save a couple bucks.... BIG MISTAKE. I can't say the name of the shop bc the only way they agreed to give my money back was to take my review on them down and not mention the incident. Needless to say, when I left Integrity my car ran quiet and really smooth... When I left the other place... It sounded like an airplane and had exhaust fumes coming inside the car. I took it back to Integrity and understanding how frustrated I was, they IMMEDIATELY ordered the part and went to work on my car. Jr initially said the part would take about 2 business days to get there but I dropped my car off Thursday after business hours and Monday morning they called and said it was ready! My car runs like normal again and Jr even recommended another shop for some other work they don't do there at Integrity. They may cost a little more than some places but EVERY SINGLE PENNY is worth it. They were SUPER patient with me all 5 million times that I called and made what was a horrible experience so much better! My Dad has been taking his cars to them for years and now I understand and will follow suit! read more

In my entire life, I've never been to an auto mechanic that I didn't feel like they robbed me blind when I left, until I went to Integrity Auto. I've taken both my cars there several times over the last 7 or 8 years and they do great work at an affordable price and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off. I haven't had the opportunity to use the services of Integrity Automotivemuch yet. (Limited funds..I'm retired and drive just as little as possible). But I will certainly do so when I have the chance. That is because these are GOOD people. Just today I had a problem with the what I THOUGHT was the alternator. It was the end of the day so I did not expect anything to be done, but I stopped by to get an estimate (I got my truck running again ... at least temporarily.. but I feared what COULD happen SOON and just wanted to know). The mechanic, one of two people still working late in the day, went out of his way to advise me, at no charge, to tell me that I should save my money and to watch the battery. He could have simply gone home that late in the day and probably should have. But he went out of his way to take care of me before he did. Not a big deal for most people, I guess, but it has convinced me that, the next time I need to have something done by a mechnanic, they will be my first choice. I really appreciate the kindness! In addition, though, the other man still working there made sure that I had an alternative place to go should I not have much money. A backup plan, as it were. But I can tell you I will now go out of my way to employ Integrity Automotive whenever I can. read more

You are truly treated like family. I have an older model vehicle with a check engine light on, but brought it in because my brake lights shorted out. Unlike most repair shops which try to sell unneeded repairs for thousands, they quoted what needed to be fixed to keep the vehicle safe. JR was a professional and kept me informed of the repair through the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough and recommend this shop to others looking for a auto repair. I recently went here for a wheel bearing repair. I arrived a day early for my appointment. The staff got to work right away and finished the repair in less than 24hrs. They were very polite and the repair was reasonably priced. I normally take my car to a dealership. The repair would have been twice as much at the dealership compared to Integrity Automotive. I came here for maintenance and an oil change. When I made the appointment, I saw they had a May special which gave a free tire rotation and brake inspection with every oil change. They did the work and I paid a reasonable amount. A few hours later, the owner's wife called me to tell me that they forgot to take the May special discount off so they canceled my previous charge and gave me the discounted rate so I got $35 back. I didn't notice so I thought it was great they did and called me. I'll definitely be back. read more
