To know me is to know, I don't enjoy doing anything that involves car maintenance & don't know much about it either. My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on. read more

I take back every nice thing i ever said about them. told me. no. you don't need a tire. just the stem with sensor since my dash lights up saying low tire pressure. then. no. you have older car. just stem. sensor not in stem. so. went from $180 on that part of my repair. to $20.. now. next day. as i want to go home. at 5pm.. my tire is flat and won't pump with the portable pump i have. now i have to wait until close to 8pm to get triple A to tow me home. Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work. read more

I rec'd 3 quotes on the services needed for my vehicle and I chose Trinity because they were the most reasonable of all. I was able to drive my vehicle on the highway something that I was unable to do due to the issues that were going on with the vehicle. I went in for a shrieking sound underneath my truck and was told after he drove the truck that there was no sound. I was surprised bc the sound was loud and it occurred every time I drove the truck. He stated he would drive it again. He finally heard the sound. Took the truck in and looked at it. I was told I needed rear pads and a rotors. I said will that fix the sound. Yes it should. I go to pick up the truck. I had an oil change done also. It was a little costly too. I get to the counter oh by the way you need a ball joint. I asked why didn't you tell me when you called about the brakes. He said he forgot and gave me some numbers for the cost of that job. Long story long. When I drove the truck the sound started up. Don't let the religious references fool you. This is just another crooked repair shop that'll screw you out of your money like all the rest. They'll tell you they'll fix something knowing full well that they won't and they won't be honest with you until after you've paid. They fixed everything except what we asked for, letting us believe the parts they were replacing would solve our issue (exhaust leak), and then revealed they don't touch exhaust systems, which I've never heard from a legitimate shop before. We paid hundreds for parts we didn't need and drove away with the same problem we arrived with, a dashboard full of error messages. Their communication was atrocious, telling us to come pick up the car before the parts were even delivered, so when we showed up, it was still in the bay, nowhere near being ready. I missed a bunch of work shuttling my wife back and forth needlessly because no one could be bothered to give us an accurate or truthful update. I guess the Christian values stop at the signage, because we were treated with anything but respect and honesty, and they weren't the least but apologetic about sending us away with a car that was still running horribly and displaying error messages. Now we still need someone else to perform the repairs we paid these crooks for and we're out hundreds of dollars. read more

My visit was was not good this time , in the past I always got good service and the work was of good quality and done professionally , but lately something has changed . My vehicles were misdiagnosed and even then the job was not done correctly or in a timely manner, there is something going on with the mechanics , because one mechanic will say one thing and when you bring it back another mechanic will say something else is wrong . This problem is ongoing so I will have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles . read more

Service I received on Dec 16, 2022, was the usual "Excellent " Had to have Upper Sensor replaced, usual professionalism and courtesy regarding answering my questions, giving me itemized estimate ; and, a wonderful place to wait for a couple of hours and catch up on some reading. Additionally, showed me the reason my car was so loud - had been sounding like a big, mad growling bear for the past 6 months. Called me into the service area to show me the old, loose, coming unwelded flex pipe attached to the muffler. Referred me to a muffler shop, less than a 30- minute wait; reasonable price. My car now runs as quietly as a mouse walking on cotton. They will continue to be my base automotive service. They have proven to be trustworthy, reasonable pricing, excellent customer service! read more

Well, I was a long time customer, Until Monday 8/1/2022. When I was notified hours later of my car being vandalized. Driver front and Passenger front windows were busted. They were unapologetic and rude. All they was concerned about was that they are not responsible for vehicles left in their care. They do not have garagekeeper insurance, so just know if your car is damaged or vandalized while in their care, they could care less. I found it strange how they was able to locate used windows for my car in less than 30 minutes. Makes me wonder if this was some scam to make more money. They will no longer have my service. I had my car towed to another shop that took very good care of me and my car. Never AGAIN Trinity Brothers. Take your car to a shop that has insurance and great customer service. read more

My experience began well with trinity automotive. They were kind and attentive to my needs. I was initially shopping around and decided to choose them. They expressed that they were very busy, and I was leaving town for a week, so it was decide that I would leave my truck there while I was gone and that they would contact me with a revised evaluation / estimate. ( I initially received an estimate based upon what I learned from another mechanic shop , but was not convinced it needed as much as they estimated ). By the time I returned I had yet to be contacted. I believe they had looked at it but hadn't contacted me or created a written estimate and had not responded to my largest concern I had expressed about a wobble in my front right tire. I remained patient and polite about it. They had a look and did not see anything beyond a wheel bearing issue in my left front tire related to my concern....maybe it just needed an alignment I thought to myself. I asked for an estimate for the rest of the issues, having about a 1000 dollars I can put into it at the moment. I called again yesterday , my truck still being there, and asked if they had that for me, so we could proceed with the work. They didn't and I was told I would receive a call later that day. This didn't happen, so I called again this morning and I was told sorry they have been too busy to get to it. It's been almost 2 weeks at this point the my trucks been there. So I was done and went in to get my truck and move on this morning. I asked for my key , received it went out to my truck which was locked. I unlocked it to find my nice digital stereo had been stolen. Needles to say I am very upset! For what it's worth I filed a police report...I'm not directly accusing them of stealing my stereo, yet the whole experience simply sucks! read more

As a single female, I've never really trusted any mechanic. First time I took my Volvo to Trinity Brothers I felt comfortable. The staff is honest, friendly, yet down to business, assuring, communicative, and accurate with diagnostics and repairs. I'm always in the know even if something is nearing functional limit. Most repairs are sameday service. I have not taken my cars anywhere else. Being open on Saturdays is a plus. If your car needs towing, they can refer you to a source. Another great thing is if the situation requires further assistance such as heating/cooling, exhaust, they have other associates to refer you too. Clean and comfortable environment. Shopping/restuarants surround you, including an auto parts store across the street. I was also satisfied with their pricing. You can't beat this. read more
