Bill (the owner) is always right up front and tells me what is going on with my car, what my options are, and how much it will cost. He has even told me that my car was getting to the point where I might be better off getting a new (or newer) car as there were expensive things that were going to crop up in the near future. What mechanic does that? This is a business that is much more concerned with a long-term business relationship than making money upfront from you. We took my husband's truck in for an exhaust leak. It was so loud it was embarrassing. The estimate was reasonable. Dropped it off at the end of the day on Friday, by 11 am on Saturday, they called and said that it was done. This is our first experience taking our vehicle to an auto shop as in previous yrs, a family member was the one to work on our trucks. The total cost was actually less than the estimate I was given. They also did not try to upsell the repair that was truly needed. They were very friendly and professional. I was not intimidated being a female walking into an auto shop. Rick was extremely nice.
