Mixed feelings....work isn't bad, my issue is that I took it in to a plastic piece replaced/fixed…read moreand was quoted a price to have it replaced. Unfortunately, they failed to tell me that the quoted price was JUST the part.. Oh... and to include the labor? Of course, that was much more than the quoted price. Asked to check another item and they went ahead and simply did it, without checking with me first whether I actually wanted it done or not, which of course, more than TRIPLED the original quoted price. So, a little angry that what I thought was going to be a minimal price to have a plastic piece replaced, got more inflated due to including the labor charge and then to top it off, they went ahead and completed work, which I DID ask about, but had they notified me first of the charge for that work, I would have said NO.....

I never write reviews, good or bad. This might be the first time I've ever written one…read more I'm very mechanically inclined and do most of my non-warranty engine/brake work myself. But, I don't dabble with suspension or electrical work. I took an extremely clean auction bought 2011 Auid A3 to them for diagnosis of a suspension clunk. Backstory: The Audi is a southen car with zero rust on the suspension and only 60k miles. I tested and knew the engine mounts were good and suspected worn CV axles and expected a bill of about $5,000. I had taken it to another "euro expert" repair shop in Fishers who said it just needed new shocks/struts. I doubted that was the issue, but had the other shop replace the shocks/struts (which it needed, but didn't fix the problem). I called back to the other shop and they couldn't figure out the issue. I called Reggie's and they got the car in the next day. They diagnosed the issue within minutes of driving the car. The issue was that when the dual clutch had been replaced prior to auction, the old torque to yield subframe bolts and nuts had been reused (which are one-time-use nuts), and then backed out a little upon driving. Reggie's nailed the diagnosis with minimal time and effort. Jessica at the front office is amazing. What I thought was going to be a $5K repair was merely a few hundred $$. Reggie's also noticed that the other "euro expert" had used the wrong oil plug drain seal and I had an almost microscopic oil leak. Again, just a few $ to fix. I also had Reggie's do a couple of fluid services while they had it. They also gave me a heads-up about what to consider for PM in the next year or so, but didn't push the services on me as an immediate concern. Complete transparency. All-in-all the work was done fast, professionally, and everyone there is a joy to talk to and work with. The labor costs are more than reasonable, especially for Euro repairs. My experience here leads me to give Reggie's an A++. I'll be taking my 2011 Audi and 2001 Benz SL and any other older Euro vehicles I may pick up to them for all services that I don't do myself going forward.

I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.

Their website says nothing about this restriction and I even talked to somebody on the phone there and they never asked me for the age of my car. The person I talked to on the phone who said they can't work on it was rude and condescending as well. I asked them to at least work on the tire that is leaking and he said they won't do it. He also said there is no way the person I initially talked to didn't ask me for the age of my car, basically implying that I am lying to him. They didn't offer me anything for my troubles either, such as at least paying for my Uber ride out there to get my car. Just an awful experience.

The cost they quoted me for repairs was more than my car was even worth. Breakdown: Rear brake job- $535 Front brake job- $535 Tie rod ends- $323 Alignment- $125 Struts- $1,920 Ac condenser- $1921 A/C service (which I was told at the last visit would not fix my a/c as it is the condenser that is broken)- $175.85 Degrease engine bay- $138 Water pump- $1041 Air filter box- $499 Air filter snorkel- $451 Windshield wipers- $47 End bill was ~$9,450 Now just for kicks and giggles, I had them replace the windshield wipers as I don't like doing it myself. It costed $144 after labor. I don't mind paying for good work. But the prices are all in the highest range of every Google estimate for fixing these issues. Even someone with money to burn would not pay these prices. I am a teacher. I need a working car. I took my car to my dad, who was an air force mechanic for 28 years. He was able to fix all issues in the car except the a/c for $700 worth of parts and about 3 hours of work. Why? My car did not need half the repairs they told me it needed, and not for their exorbitant cost of labor. Your mechanics are charging more for labor than my dad made per hour in the military. Cars are already expensive. Esler's does not need to charge disgustingly high prices for routine maintenance, and they certainly don't need to suggest repairs that don't need done. I will not be coming back. Half star is for the front desk lady. She was really nice and got me scheduled quickly. Give her a raise. Maybe you can give her some of that labor cost.

My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them. The technician at the Alfa Romeo dealership was amazed by how Westfield Automotive was able to find the defect. The dealership fixed it free of charge since they missed it. All I can say is the technicians at the Westfield Automotive are the best. I'm glad I found them and I want to spread the word so you too can get great service at a great price.

In late 2025 I bought a used 2014 Ford Edge-Limited V6 through Carvana. After getting it checked…read moreover I discovered it needed a lot of work. I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.
