This is my go to for oil changes, the fact that you don't have to get out of your car, and they keep it moving with getting you in and out, which I love. This is the only Take 5 location I've ever been to, and I cannot rave about this place enough! First off, I've always found having to take my car in for service a little annoying, but the team here makes it SO easy. From the moment I pull up, they greet me with a smile and offer me a water--it's the little things! You can really tell they love what they do, or at least who they work with. The good vibes are contagious. I'm not sure if Take 5 existed before COVID, but staying in your car while getting an oil change is honestly a game changer. I remember the old days of sitting in a waiting room, but those days are OVER! And if the garages are occupied when I arrive, I never wait more than 10-15 minutes. They're speedy and efficient. the RM was extremely rude and got very snippy when I asked for him to fix my glove box correctly how it was before he put his hands on it and he told me that if was supposed to be that way and if I didn't like it to call corporate. This was a great experience, the only person here was the manager an he was non-stop an as bad as it was he never broke his professionalism. This was my first time at Take 5 and I was really impressed ! I knew I needed my oil changed and was dreading taking it where I usually go and either sitting in the lobby forever (don't want to do this, especially with Covid), or having my husband come with me to drop off and then needing to go back and pick up. So I figured I would give the drive thru oil change a try ! I pulled right up (on a Saturday!) and was greeted immediately . I was asked to pop my hood and then they guided me in to the garage. Everyone was super friendly. They scanned the inside of my car door, asked my mileage read, and then told me what my options were for oil. I chose which one I wanted and they got started. They gave me a new oil change reminder sticker. They also did a safety inspection and topped off my wiper fluid for free. They called our everything they were doing as they were doing it. After they were done, the manager greeted me and asked how my experience was. I then paid (had a coupon but they just scanned one they had and told me I could save my coupon for next time ). I like that you can stop by between now and your next oil change for free oil top off and air in your tires. I will definitely be going back ! read more

When I pulled up, I was greeted immediately with a bottle of cold water. Then asked to pop my hood so they can see where to guide me inside. Then they guided me inside, checked the interior door to get the accurate tire pressure. They topped off all my fluids, changed my oil, put air in my tires. Also, after 3,000 miles or 3 months I can come back and get any fluids topped off for free. They'll also check your tires at any time. They sell windshield wipers and guarantee them as well. They cleaned my windows off as well. Christian, the manager greeted me after my service to ensure the service was good. They also gave me a few coupons for future visits and have another location at 99th and Michigan Rd. I'll definitely be back. read more

The most amazing experience ever getting an oil change. Immediately when I pulled in I was greeted by a service member who made sure he acknowledge me and gave me an ETA of my wait time. Throughout the process I was informed of the recommendations and any issues that were present that I should be aware of. I was able to utilize a mobile coupon towards my services. Elliott and his team are simply amazing. I've never experienced customer service that was so exceptional when getting an oil change. I drive by this place all the time on Binford. I finally looked it up online and gave them a call. The person who I spoke to was very helpful about pricing and the expected wait time. I waited a bit to head over there (as suggested) and was literally next in line when I arrived. The whole process was so fast and everyone was super kind, from offering bottled water upon my arrival, to giving me very user friendly instructions on how to reset my oil change light, AND they clean your windshield. They were knowledgeable and explained everything, and you can't beat that you just get to sit in your car the whole time. This place was hopping on a Saturday morning. I pulled up and there was a short line but it moved quickly. I was greeted in line with a cold bottle of water and a candy bar with an apology for my wait (short staffed). You stay in your car the entire time. There is a bay in the ground where the technician does all the work. You pull up, choose the oil you want after they scan your car to determine what type of oil filter you need and get your mileage. Then the ballet commences. Someone get the oil you want, someone has already drained your oil from the car and then the transfer begins. It is a five minute dance.
