86th and Michigan Rd Location. WATCH THEM CLOSE!!!!! I went yesterday 9/17/24 for a FULL SYNTHETIC oil change and they gave me SYNTHETIC oil. And was charged for FULL SYNTHETIC . I've been 3 times prior and always watch videos on my phone with the belief that I was being taken care of by honest employees. Yesterday something in my gut told me "pay attention" and thank God I listened. When I let the two employees know that I seen them putting synthetic oil in my car and not full synthetic they both became very rude and hostile despite me approaching them thinking they made a simple mistake and could flush and re-do. The older guy excuse was and I quote "They sent us the wrong stickers and the one that says synthetic is the full synthetic". Despite them playing with my intelligence I remaind calm and the more calm I was the more rude and upset they became. I said "how did they send the wrong stickers ?(the stickers on the big square containers that hold the oil to the right of your car when in the bay). They did not send the wrong stickers because the stickers say what they are supposed to say.(lie #1) Then he says "We accidentally put the stickers in reverse on the containers. So the one that says synthetic is full- synthetic and vice versa"(lie #2). So I ask "If you know that the stickers are wrong (just entertaing their b.s even though I knew it was b.s) why haven't you fixed it?" I was then told "you chose to come here, we did not ask you to come here damnit" I asked "What does me choosing to come here have to do with you two cheating me? If I go across to McDonald's, I chose to go there. But me choosing to go there does not mean it's okay for them to charge me for items but put items tbat cost less in my bag and expect me to be okay with it". One of the guys says "Your receipt says full synthetic. What the hell is your problem" I say "First you need to relax with the attitude because I have not became loud with you two nor have I gotten a attitude. The receipt is going to say whatever you type into the computer. I'm far from unintelligent". At this point I was sick of the lying , aggressiveness and attitude all because they were caught. So I left. I will be contacting the BBB and speaking with DAVE the GM. I missed him today but will be speaking with him Monday. I refuse to let this go because how many people have these two done this to!!! Not to mention I watched him print my receipt and place it on the counter before they were done. When I confronted them the older employee balled up the receipt threw it away and printed out another he had the first one folded in half. I'm sure he was going to hand it to me hoping I wouldn't check the receipt which probably had synthetic on it and not full synthetic. The container closest to your hood when in bay says synthetic (the oil they used) the one closet to your trunk says full synthetic. I'm glad I got pics. I will NOT be letting this go and will 100% staying on top of this till this is made right and those two are put to a stop with screwing over people even if I have to get the news involved read more

Watch you wallets--thieves and cheats work here!!! My son, who just got his driver's license, went & ordered the cheapest oil change with no extras, which is advertised as being $35. Imagine his surprise when they hit him up for $65?!? I called to ask and "Josh" explained that a 2011 Corolla requires the full synthetic (+$20) and, apparently, an upgraded filter (+$4.60) and he is not allowed to use a lower grade than what is required.... Amazingly, the Toyota dealership is unaware of this law & has been using the wrong oil all of these years. Do not support thieves & liars like these guys--go elsewhere. read more

I just pulled up to get my oil changed and both doors were closed. A male employee with long hair saw me and opened one of the doors, which I assumed was my cue to pull in. Then he held up his hand and yelled at me "WAIT!! You have to WAIT for one of us to guide you in!" Then he shook his head at me like I was stupid. That offended me, so I flipped him off and started to leave the parking lot. Instead of blowing it off or apologizing, he then approached my car with his arms open and said "What was that?! Get out of the car!" As I left the parking lot, he was still walking towards my car and telling me to come back and get out of the car. Then I went to Jiffy Lube down the street and had great service. I'll never be back. read more

I cannot write enough positive things about this establishment. After having lost patience with Firestone at Nora and having been totally ripped off by Jiffy Lube at 151st Street in Carmel, I finally found Quick Lube Express at 64th and Binford Boulevard. I have been with them for a decade or more now--going back to when they were Mobile 1 Lube Express (later simply Mobile Lube Express)--and would recommend their oil change services to anyone. I have never had to wait to get in and the service has always been friendly, quick, efficient, and thorough, all at very good prices. I was in there again just this week for an oil change and oil filter replacement on my primary car and having pulled in with no appointment or prior knowledge on their part I was back on the road 11 minutes later with all the work done to my complete satisfaction. read more

A bit hard to find but worth it!!! Fastest oil change I've ever had. I don't think I was there 10 minutes once I was in the bay. No up sell, no BS! Very happy with that. Definitely going back. The only reason I didn't give it five + stars was customer service. There were two guys working, one in the pit and one on the engine and cashing people out. They guy in the pit was totally cool. Unfortunately the guy the public primarily deals with acted like it was killing him to speak to me. Wouldn't look at me. "What year?" Manuel or automatic?" Name"? Not that that's all that bad but delivered with a tone. As unpleasant as it can get. But that's said, I don't go the the oil change place for a personality contest and if you can deal with that, it's great! I'll be back for sure! read more

I needed to get a quick oil change today. I used Yelp & found this place that is within a mile of where I live. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove away in 20 minutes. I've gone to another "drive-up" oil change & while also quick it wasn't as quick. Both men I met were helpful & courteous-being a female it was nice. I was given a discount because I told them I "Yelped" them. I was off & on with my life. Great place. Try it, you'll find the same. read more

I can't speak to their oil change services but, I stopped by in a panic on a bitterly cold morning. I noticed that one of my tires was really low and it was so cold that my hands were too frozen to get air in it at the gas station. I felt ridiculous offering to pay them to air up my tires, but they did it for free. I was so grateful. An oil change is $35.95, if I remember right. It's a basic, no frills place, with 2 service bays. A bit tricky to get in and out of -- I needed to go north on Binford but eventually gave up, turned south then turned around at the light. read more

Indy Quicklube is a fantastic hidden gem for quick automotive service. For years I went to Indy Tire as a local service, but after they stopped offering appointments for oil changes, it became hard to get in and receive service without having to wait a long time or just flat-out not be able to get in. I've lived by this place for years and randomly decided to check it out as I really needed an oil change. They're amazing and fast! In my three visits, I've been in and out in under 30 minutes. For around $39, you get an oil change, tire pressure check/fill, fluid check, he vacuumed the inside of my car, and then sprayed air freshner in it. Now that's service! And it all comes with the price of the oil change. Not only is the service fast and good, but all the guys that work there are awesome, friendly, and skilled. I can't recommend this place enough for someone needing a quick in-and-out fix! read more

Terrible service. The worker act like he didn't want to be there. He had a terrible personality and didn't provide a full service after paying $65. When I ask him did he checked my air filter, he said I can. I then said well shouldn't you have checked it and he said no. Wow! The paper work even shows he checked off Air filter. He did not vacuum, he didn't check my wiper blades and he ask me do I want my air pressure checked. Crazy man! I own serveral work vans and I won't be bringing my business there never. read more

I came in for an oil change and the guys are so nice! They do not try to upsell and they will tell you if you need to pay extra for something. The service was extremely quick, lasting only about 10-15 minutes. They even vacuumed my car, provided a trash can for my trash, and checked my tire pressure for free. I will be returning to this location again! read more
