I give them a zero. I called in and they said oh well what kind was it? Let me review the cameras and I'll call you back. They said it could've fell out on your floorboard like I didn't check that first not happy at all. It doesn't matter how much the card was worth it matters that you took it at all because now the trust for you is gone there's no trust for you anymore. I've been to many Jiffy Lube locations and this is one of my top ones. They changed my oil which is what I go there for but also changed my lights. I was unaware mine were out and they weren't pushy about it. They were even willing to write down the kind I needed if I wanted to go somewhere else. Angela was the cashier I had and she was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of the questions I had. I've never been to a jiffy lube, so I wasn't sure how it worked but read online that you don't need an appointment. When I arrived (around 5:30) both bays were occupied, so I pulled in behind a car they were working on and within a minute someone came out to get my keys and escort me into the waiting room. About 10 minutes later they came back and let me know I didn't need an oil change yet, and they topped off my oil for free. I went to this location with a groupon. They honored the group on which I was glad they did. However, as part of their service they check the filters and pull two of the filters out. I told them that I would not be getting them replaced at this time. They did not put them back in properly and now my car is making a loud noise every time I turn the fan on. Changed my carbon air filter and completely broke where it goes and didn't even screw it back into place like it should have been. Maybe my mistake was switching from Valvoline to Jiffy Lube for my recent oil changes. Last week I had my partner take my car in for an oil change. I usually use the Allisonville Rd location but this location was more convenient for him last week. I have a 2018 Sonata, for which, either conventional or synthetic oil can be used. I purchased the car new in 2018 and have ONLY had conventional oil changes (from Hyundai, Valvoline and even the previous time through Jiffy Lube). Well, they insisted on doing a full synthetic of course. I was shocked when I saw $105 as the total ($79 after a coupon). I promptly called the location and was told, no your car only takes full synthetic. I guess the wrong oil has been put in my car for 4 years. So, I called the Allisonville Rd location to verify my last JL oil change and she told me my car does not have a specification and conventional was fine and has always been used. She suggested I call the customer care line, so I reached out via website. I get a voicemail saying no, my car only takes full synthetic and the previous Jiffy Lube put in the wrong oil. At this point, I feel like they think I do not know what I'm talking about and I didn't like how they tried throwing the other location under the bus. If they used the wrong oil, that's another whole different issue that needs to be addressed. I double checked my information and what I found does indicate that the 2018 can use either. I dislike that they took it upon themselves to switch me over to full synthetic after all of these years and still put that I needed my next one after 3,000 miles (the synthetic would be 7500-10,000). Also, the license plate number on my invoice - is not mine. This was a frustrating experience, mostly because I felt belittled, like I didn't know what type of oil my car had been getting for all of these years. OMG these people are fast! Came in on a Saturday at noon when another place told me they were booked out over a week. At Jiffy Lube, I pulled right into an open bay and they got to work. Confirmed my info, paid, and got out in under 20 mins. They were also super friendly. The price ($75) is just a little more than I usually pay, but my car also requires a synthetic blend and I have a busy schedule that doesn't always allow me to drop my car off for hours on end. This is my go-to for oil changes. The folks who work there provide quick intake, full body inspection and make recommendations for in-house or external repairs. They sit mid-price for oil changes for my car (2012 Chevy Sonic LT) at $50, but they've also topped off my car fluids, explained how to change headlights (and wear to buy them) and of course, the customary vacuum, which I love. The parking lot is a little small and the insane drivers from Chick-fil-A next door are always causing accidents, so be careful when pulling in or out of the lot. read more

The guy told me I would need a cabin filter replacement and he already got into my glovebox to get them... told me how hard they were to put back and showed me how dirty they were. Told me $15 for the set... I get charged $39.99 and he says he told me $15 dollars off, not $15 for the set. Usually when you agree to buying something. You know what you heard Needless to say.. an oil change and a cabin filter replacement cost me $63. When you arrive, you are greeted and asked which service you would like. The service person guides you to the customer waiting area, with free coffee and Wifi. The customer service person briefed me on potential services I needed and never pressured me into any certain service. I had a coupon and it was a bit pricey-er than a Meineke or Midas but, I was in and out in 20 minutes, which is a lot better than a dealer or other oil change place. Highly recommend! read more

I was greeted by a friendliness and respect from the minute I pulled up into one of the lanes into the garage. The services were explained to me in good detail, and I was told a wait time that was true to form. They did try to do some upselling, which I don't fault them for - that's what many businesses do and tell their employees to do. And, unlike some other car service establishments I have been to, they were not pushy with their upselling, and just told me what was offers were available and kept on giving me great service when I declined. This is my go-to oil change location, due to its close proximity and continued acceptable service. The customer service attendants are always very friendly, as they lead you to the waiting room, talk over that day's service, etc. They do take you out to the mechanic's bay for the "talk" to finalize the transaction, i.e. what oil do you want, windshield wiper criticisms, and other recommended services. Although I sometimes am wary of the sales pitch for additional services, they don't pressure you further if you say no and haven't talked down to me (as a lady). This location also vacuums your front seat area and the waiting room & restroom are clean. Absolutely inconsistent service here. Not only did they not put my headlights back together TWICE, they left the gasket to seal the headlight loose at the bottom of the engine compartment. Perhaps they may be good for oil changes, but so far as any other service is concerned, steer clear. read more

They informed me it likely had a change before leaving the lot and would see if it needed it. The service was fast & helpful! They read my car's "computer" and it showed some issues with the gas tank (apparently common on newer cars without a gas cap, just a close-able door). They didn't charge anything, just recommended following up if my check engine light continued to pop up. So, although I didn't receive any major services, I was pleased with their customer service. Anyone who knows me, knows my car is pretty high on my favorite things list (second only to cows). The following is a sad, sad tale of woe. I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed for the first time today because I had a coupon. Initially, I liked the idea that they vacuumed the floors and washed the windows as well. Unfortunately, I have tan cloth seats and apparently whoever was vacuuming pulled himself up by my seat and left a black hand print. Something I was not too thrilled to find, especially after thoroughly shampooing my seats last week. On my hands and knees. In 90 degree weather. I also had a pair of not-too-clean rain boots on the floor. (Remember, cows are number one and I've just returned home from a weekend at my parents farm where I used the boots as barn boots. To visit cows. Who live in dirty places.) I found said boots placed on the seat so the floor could be vacuumed. Really? They were on the black floor for a reason. The wait was longer than I was told it would be. An hour wasn't too bad, but setting me up for the wait would have been much appreciated. I did have a short, pleasant conversation about what was on TV with a gentleman waiting with me, so I guess that was nice. I really truly love giving good reviews, but I'm also a huge fan of honesty. And honestly, the only good thing was that they had a coupon available and that my oil got changed (something any other oil change place also offers). In conclusion, if you decide to go to Jiffy Lube and have light colored seats, or for some reason have dirty boots on the floor, I would advise watching over your car... In terms of service, they weren't polite or friendly, but they also weren't rude. Maybe it's because it was 90+ degrees outside, and they were having all kindness sucked out of them by the heat. Or maybe it's because they know that if you have a bad experience and decide not to come back, there are plenty of customers out there willing to have a sub-par customer service experience.
