I called Midas on Memorial Day Weekend, Thain Thomas got the car in quickly, was able to excellently service the brakes, take care of several delayed maintenance issues, and get the car out the door by closing time on Saturday. As I drove out of the parking lot, I discovered that the driver's side window had stopped working. Even though the trouble with the window had nothing to do with their work and the store was closed, Thain stayed late, tracked down the broken part and repaired the window so my son could leave as scheduled. I admire Midas' excellent work and commitment to customer excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough!

He's honest, doesn't try to up sell, and cares that we leave satisfied. Derek (new manager) has only been there a few weeks, but seems to be a great addition. I have lived in the Indy area for 10 years. I never found an auto repair shop that I could fully trust until I started coming to Meineke. Several dealership service teams I've been to also provide good service, but those places are zoos and the service teams often forget your face/name. The guys at Meineke don't. My wife even (somewhat) enjoys bringing her car in - that once seemed impossible!!

Was suppose to have a rack and pinion replaced but didn't see my 2015 Lexus gx460 from April 15th to June 15th (2 months) and they messed up multiple things -rack and pinion not fixed and made a drivable care completely un-drivable -tried to give me the car back without the new $1000 tires I bought with the rack and pinion -somehow cut through my passenger seat belt!?!? Don't know how the **** that even happens -still needs aligned after 2 months AND NEW TIRES -now somehow my airbag is no longer working?!?!? If you like your car, money, or time don't go here.

So at this point, I have taken three days off of work to get my car serviced, I have dropped almost a grand in "work", and my check engine light is still on. When I told them I couldn't afford the latest fix, they still tried to charge me $90 when I picked up my car, don't know what it was for because they immediately said not to worry about it when questioned. I have spent over $10,000 at this shop, and this was the last dime they'll see from me. And my car's check engine light is still on, so disappointed.

I had a 7:00 AM tire appointment at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Noblesville, Indiana. I arrived…read moreat approximately 6:56 AM and parked in the tire service lane. Another customer driving the same make, model, and color vehicle arrived shortly after me and parked in the lane next to mine. The service door was still locked when we arrived. Once it was opened, the other customer entered before I did. I waited patiently for my turn to check in. According to Walmart's appointment confirmation, appointments are held for 15 minutes, and I was concerned about losing my scheduled appointment while employees spent an extended amount of time checking in the other customer because they were unable to locate his tires. I was finally checked in at 7:14 AM. After taking a seat in the waiting area, I periodically checked on the status of my vehicle. I noticed that work on my vehicle did not begin until approximately 8:20 AM, after the other customer's vehicle had already been completed and checked out. I contacted customer service to ask why enough technicians had not been scheduled to accommodate multiple 7:00 AM appointments. If both of us had appointments, there should have been adequate staffing to service both customers in a timely manner. If the other customer did not have an appointment, then customers with scheduled appointments should have been prioritized. I ultimately did not leave until approximately 9:50 AM, nearly three hours after my scheduled appointment time. During my wait, I contacted customer service twice regarding the delays. When my vehicle was finally completed, the tires were covered in mounting lubricant and appeared unfinished. I returned inside to express my concerns, and staff informed me that the substance was simply tire lubricant and offered to wipe it off, which they did. I have included photos. My biggest concern is not the quality of the tires themselves but the lack of respect for customers' time. Based on my experience, I would recommend obtaining a tire quote from Walmart and then taking that quote to a competitor that offers price matching. I will not be returning for future tire service. If you do not mind waiting three to four hours for a tire installation despite having a scheduled appointment, Walmart may be a suitable option. If your time is valuable, I recommend considering other businesses that honor appointment times more effectively.

Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. Most of my work has been done at the Michigan Road store. THEN after very recently being circle jerked around by Brandon and Jerry at the Michigan Road location, I decided to look for a second but HONEST opinion. I read some yelp reviews and decided to drive 20 miles to the TD Noblesville location. Folks, these people are game changers! Spent a great deal of time with Jamie and Bobby, who are FANTASTIC. Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution. Well worth driving 20 miles to these guys instead of 5 to the other!
