My tire pressure was not checked, no interior vacuum and no air freshener-despite them having put a checkmark in the box on the form that says it was completed. It's not a major issue, but don't claim you did something when you did not. 4. A large banner on the property states "We do tire rotations". I asked to have this done and was told they don't do them, the banner is old. In my opinion, the overall experience there is not what it used to be and could stand some improvement.

My wife hit a pothole and destroyed two tires and bent two rims. I took the car to them and they honored the road hazard warranty. I don't have to tell most of you that a lot of businesses do their best to avoid honoring them. They did a great job with the repairs and they had it done in a little over 24 hours. I was thrilled! After that repair, I took my old truck in because the steering was too loose and the heater wasn't working properly. They were unable to fix the heater, but they fixed the front end very quickly. The repairs are done well, the prices have been very reasonable and they don't waste your time. I will be back.

So at this point, I have taken three days off of work to get my car serviced, I have dropped almost a grand in "work", and my check engine light is still on. When I told them I couldn't afford the latest fix, they still tried to charge me $90 when I picked up my car, don't know what it was for because they immediately said not to worry about it when questioned. I have spent over $10,000 at this shop, and this was the last dime they'll see from me. And my car's check engine light is still on, so disappointed.

Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution. I have to admit I've really become a fan of the Valvoline Instant Oil Change national chain. First off, as a wheelchair user I love not having to exit my car - while there are others who offer this option, it makes the process just so much easier for me that I'm hard-pressed to find a reason to go anywhere requiring me to leave the car. Valvoline typically has 2-3 bays. This location has three. All three were active today when I visited. Employees are friendly, courteous, efficient, and I've yet to have a truly bad experience (I will admit the Glendale/Keystone location occasionally falls a bit short). While oil change is in its name, Valvoline does more including air conditioning, air filters, battery replacement, differential service, light bulb replacement, radiator service, serpentine belt replacement, tire rotation, transmission service, fuel system cleaning, wiper blades, and electric vehicle service. They also offer fleet service. I do not have a fleet of vehicles. I would acknowledge this isn't the least expensive option in town, however, they almost always have coupons available. If you go to the website from the Yelp page, you'll see coupons. As I pulled in, I was quickly acknowledged. I was pulled into the third bay and given a time estimate that ended up being accurate. Yes, you do tend to get the list of recommendations (I'm not fond of this approach, but it's standard). Overall, I've found Valvoline to be the most reliable option in Central Indiana. I also find them to be consistent across locations. At this point, I tend to consider Valvoline my "go to" option. If one's around, that's where I go. This was another positive experience in my first visit to this location.

Was suppose to have a rack and pinion replaced but didn't see my 2015 Lexus gx460 from April 15th to June 15th (2 months) and they messed up multiple things -rack and pinion not fixed and made a drivable care completely un-drivable -tried to give me the car back without the new $1000 tires I bought with the rack and pinion -somehow cut through my passenger seat belt!?!? Don't know how the **** that even happens -still needs aligned after 2 months AND NEW TIRES -now somehow my airbag is no longer working?!?!? If you like your car, money, or time don't go here.

I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.
