I have had my car in for tire changes, oil changes and a full service and they have done a great job in every sense. I would definitely recommend these guys, its a far different feel from going to a goodyear or firestone, they are friendly and genuinely seem to care.

These guys were…read morerespectful, especially since it seems that CERTAIN places do not enjoy seeing guys in their 20s come in to buy their products. These guys went the extra mile and I wanted to make sure I continue the chain they have had of 5-Star reviews because they really are great. WILL be going here for any future purchase. You may think it is too far of a drive, but trust me, for the person to person feel you get here it is more than worth it. Below is the review I left for Flat out on Google along with a photo of the Tom Woods guys handing my friend his key when he bought his bike from them instead of Flat Out. "Was in there with a buddy of mine looking to same day buy a ZX-14 WITH TITLES FOR TRADE IN IN HAND!!! Waiting for 10 minutes give or take and nobody came up to us, so we went and asked for help. Another 10 or so passed and still nothing. After asking 3 times we still didn't get a sales person and we're talked to by a lady who worked there. She asked us what we wanted, and my friend said he just wanted to talk price and details. The lady said the price was "X" plus fees. My friend mentioned negotiating and details to which she responded by getting standoffish and rude "THAT'S THE PRICE" in that snoooty I'm the most important person in the world and what I say always goes tone of voice that everyone hates. At that point I stepped up and said "Alright sounds good, let's go boys" because I was tired of hearing it and we left... Went over to Tom Wood Power Sports in Anderson Indiana and bought there the same day. We walked in the door, we were instantly greeted looked at the same bike, and my buddy signed the paperwork. We are just about to leave right now with the 2018 ZX-14. And in the photo is a chill dude who got the paperwork. Probably the most person to person feel out of any dealer I've seen, and believe me, I've been to tons. You might think Anderson is too far away, but trust me. Make it...."

His professionalism and customer-first approach truly stand out. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Phil, the service technician. Phil is meticulous in his work, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I've been riding motorcycles for 26 years and have dealt with many shops over the years. Tom Wood Powersports of Anderson is by far the most reliable, consistent, and honest shop I've ever worked with. If you have a motorcycle or other powersports vehicle that needs service, don't pass them by--you won't regret it. 12/20/2025
