Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. THEN after very recently being circle jerked around by Brandon and Jerry at the Michigan Road location, I decided to look for a second but HONEST opinion. I read some yelp reviews and decided to drive 20 miles to the TD Noblesville location. Folks, these people are game changers! Spent a great deal of time with Jamie and Bobby, who are FANTASTIC. Not only do they have an unbelievable wealth of knowledge, and the patience to break their explanations in "bite sized pieces" for someone like me, they found a great resolution. He helped us negotiate a good deal on our new used car and get a fair deal for our trade in. I wish the sales manager would have come out and introduced himself and worked with Alan and us to save some back and forth time. Zachary in the finance department was also very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us finish the process. We did end up adding on the warranty thanks to Zachary helping us see the value. Arrived 8 hours later with my car in the same position I left it. I had work done on my truck's clutch (and a brake fluid cleaning/refill) this week. I got a reasonable estmate for $600+ and had them go ahead with it. When I went to pay, the manager Eric and Customer Service Rep Mary Lou had looked up warranty information and my bill was only for $430! Who does that? That's what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE, something I'm glad still exists in some places. It felt like they did something with adjusting my brakes, too, in their total inspection process. They didn't say anything about this or charge me, but I'm pretty sure my brakes are feeling better, too. Good people!

I thought about the wait but decided to ask about the price for a transmission swap. 8,000 dollars and refused to allow me to purchase a refurbished one from outsourcing. I called him out on it. 8,000 I could buy a used car for that price. It was clear as day he either didn't want to do it or was trying to straight bend me over. I don't recommend f this is his business practices. People deserve better treatment.
