It was a Tuesday and my brakes began to grind and I had a 7 hour drive that following Thursday. I contacted this shop and was greeted by the impressive manager, Julie. I explained my situation and she did everything in her power to get my car in the shop that Wednesday and to guarantee that my brake repair would be completed by the end of the day. I asked what the potential cost would be and she said if I needed new rotors and brake pads, it could cost $300-$400 per axle. This was on par with estimates I had researched. Impressively, upon the Mechanic's review, it was determined that I just needed brake pads AND that they would rotate my rotors instead of replacing them. They order the parts the day of service and the delivered parts were not the right specifications. Julie went beyond and ensured the correct parts were delivered and installed that day. Huge Props to the Mechanic as well! Knowledgeable, Honest and not in the business to upsell, but to ensure complete customer satisfaction!
