Came here as they were suggested by Honda of Fishers and my car was in an accident by another party. I had to drop my car off during a holiday week, and they were very accommodating. Ended up being around $2,500 worth of damage. Also handy that there's an enterprise not far from here so if you need a rental car, you don't have to travel far. The best part of this place? They would text me updated every time something was happening. Time to take it apart? Got a text. Time to paint? Got a text. Time for pickup? Got a text. It was such an easy, but refreshing thing. They also got it done a week earlier than planned. I had one minor hiccup when I went to pickup but they were closed on the weekend (google maps said they were open). I worked with Dallas for a minor mishap and found this business to be very professional courteous and helpful. I chose this auto body shop as I felt their pricing was fair for quality workmanship. One of the things I really appreciated is they kept in touch with me throughout the repair process by text informing me of each stage. They cleaned and washed the car before pickup plus provided porter service to my home after drop off and also for pickup once the repair was completed. Nice people to work with and did quality work. I had a horrible nightmare experience with them!!! I was in a car accident that damaged my right passenger tire and had my car towed to Fishers Collision Center. It took them 45 days to start working on my car and after they fixed the original issue, they called me to inform me that my engine died. My vehicle was purchased less than 2 years prior and I never experienced any engine issues. They blamed it on the oil pan must of been damaged in the original accident and said the engine needed to be replaced. My issue with this was the fact that this was 60 days after I towed my vehicle to them and they never even attempted to start the car until they finished the original tire issue, when they attempted to test drive it. Then after they took another 30 days to replace the engine, they never called me to inform me my car was done and ready to pick up. I had to call them because I lost patience for how long they were taking to repair this new issue with my engine that happened under their care. After I picked up my car it didnt even take 3 days for my vehicle engine to overheat and my car wouldnt drive above 30 mph. I then brought my vehicle back to Fishers Collision Center and demanded they fix my engine, and the collision center manager named Merze (Mercy) blatantly lied by pointing blame towards my car insurance company by stating that my insurance company delivered them a bad engine from the junk yard. After waiting another 30 days for them to replace the bad engine for a 2nd time, the 2nd engine also failed and my insurance company decided to total my vehicle. I am irate that I trusted them to fix my right passenger wheel and their negligent care of my vehicle led to my engine dieing and they failed to take accountability for their inept ability to car for vehicles in their presence. The 5 months they strung me along anticipating my car to be repaired led me to not be able to perform my business which I use my vehicle to perform. I will sue this company for malpractice and negligence. I highly recommend you not take your vehicle to the Fishers Collision Center. Eric C. read more

I have had a horrible experience with them! It took 5 weeks to get in. I understand it is just the nature of our world today.... They have me buy the parts a week before my car goes in for repair. And then my car goes in for repair and they tell me that the parts from Lexus came in damaged and now for 2 days straight they have been telling me they dont know when the parts are coming in. I have reached out to Lexus on my end to see if anything can be done but I would definitely NOT take my car back to them -- they will not even get back to me! read more

I am super happy with the service I received here to repair my bumper! I got into a minor accident when we had all that ice and snow and needed my bumper fixed. I had my insurance company contact them to handle everything. My car was ready in 3 days. It looks amazing, I actually think it looks better than it did prior to the accident. Not sure if they always clean the cars so immaculately or if it's just due to COVID but my car was spotless inside and out! I was super happy to pick it up in that condition. read more

The job was well done, but man do they take forever to complete it. My repair was a few dents in the left side, but I was without a car for a little over a month. We got into an accident in December, we dropped our truck off the end of January. They never give you updates so you'll need to call yourself. They will take your vehicle apart but won't order the parts they need. The employees will call in sick and they won't have anyone else work on your vehicle. You will run out of rental car time and they don't care & will do nothing to assist you even tho it's there fault it's taken so long. Then they will finally tell you your vehicle will be ready tomorrow but it's missing some pieces so they'll just give you the money for those things and you can take care of it yourself. Then they don't give you the money for those pieces saying they don't know what you're talking about and charge you for your deductible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Terrible service!! read more
