My 2011 Jaguar had overheating issues that my local mechanic could not diagnose. Mike at Hash determined what the problem was within hours. I thought their pricing was very fair. You may need to wait a week or so to get in because they are very good at what they do. Highly recommended! read more

We have always had excellent service from Hash Imports, as well as reasonable pricing. We highly recommend them

I have taken my BMW and my Genesis to Hash imports. HONEST and FAIR. I highly recommend HASH ! They have fixed both my cars are REASONABLE prices. Thank you Hash Imports. read more

Hash imports is fantastic! Always helpful! I've been taking my Audi Q7 here for oil changes. Then! My actuator for my gas tank door malfunctioned! Ugh! My car was in Carmel zero miles to empty. Hash said they can fix it! I made it to Hash and they fixed it for significantly less than the dealer (obviously). The service is phenomenal! I've referred friends to Hash & they were also please with service & ease of scheduling. ALSO Hash answered the phone! No long message to press this or that option. I highly recommend taking your most prized possession here! read more

Wow, what a great car repair place! We're so glad to find a spot to take the 1962 MGA Mark II. We got new tires from Tire Rack but they couldn't find a place where the tires could be shipped as nobody could do a tire change for a car with wire wheels... until they found Hash. Tire Rack said they had a really good feeling about Hash after talking to them. They were scheduling a month out but worked us in within the week and we are so grateful. Please just think about this.) read more

I called in and got scheduled in a timely fashion. Staff looked over my vehicle and gave me a report pricing was fair and accurate. I will definitely be using their services again. Team Jaguar Mike and Kevin. read more

Brought in a 2021 Audi Q5 with check engine light on. Original diagnosis was a faulty coolant temperature sensor. After spending over $1500 including a new water pump, check en fine still on. Took it back in, it was looked at and light still on. They suggested an additional service for about $260 to fix the problem that should have been done the first time. So they gladly took my money and now want more. I found another shop to complete their shoddy service. Zero stars from me. read more

So far so good... they did a major repair for me. The front guy Mike, ... lol... he makes things "suspect"... but the car feels good. I paid more than I would have paid elsewhere... I checked... but I wanted a local place to start integrating myself into the community... We shall see... #InfinityM37XROCKS read more

Hash told me that the warranty adjuster rejected a warranty claim for a failed transmission - when in reality he forgot to start the claim with insurance, and then told the insurance adjuster NOT TO BOTHER LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE WORK WAS ALREADY COMPLETED AND HE NO LONGER HAD THE OLD PART. This company seemed so great at first. He said he deals with warranty ALL the time and he needed to FILE THE CLAIM BEFORE HE STARTED THE WORK. He didn't call warranty until AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. Now he told me he is going to put the old transmission back in!!! lol thought you didn't have it!!! Crazy that the OWNER wasn't around... even though it was James Hash - on the website - founder and president? yelling at my husband? Now they won't give me the vehicle back, even though I never authorized work to be done until the warranty claim was submitted and approved. read more

Hash Imports - THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET THE WARRANTY ADJUSTER LOOK AT THE ISSUE - Auto Repair Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

I'm really disappointed in the way Hash motors completely took my money and didn't fix my car . I went in for an air conditioner problem they took my key never came out to tell me what the service would be then 40min later hands my key back and tells me everything is ok and fixed. Get in my vehicle and I have the same problem. never leaving the lot go back in they come out recognize there's a problem . Then insults me , argues with me then refuse to take responsibility for thier mistakes and also refuse to give back my money. Honestly if they wanted lunch money for the day I would've been more the happy to support . Absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional . read more

The work on my 2015 Rover hasn't even been done yet, but the experience dealing with both Mike and Josh has been nothing but positive. The dealership gave me a bid of $6,500 to replace the entire wiring harness in the engine. I've learned from Josh that one small part can be replaced for $1,000 rather than the whole blasted thing!! I'm a happy girl to be able to keep that amount of money in my pocket. Thank you Hash Imports! read more

Hash Imports - estimate from the dealership - Auto Repair Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

Hash and Mike are outstanding. I've had my Porsche in there many times. On at least three occasions including today no charge. I can't think of the last time I've had that happen. It speaks to their honesty. When I've had work done they always keep the old parts so you know what they replaced. Highly recommend them. Businesses like this should be highly promoted. It's hard enough to get in big wait list. Hesitated due to that but they deserve the props. Keep it up Hash!!! read more

What a great service center this is. Like a breath of fresh air compared to its competition. They do the job right and at a price that always seems surprisingly fair. They must have techs with great training and experience back in the shop because they've tackled tricky jobs on my three ridiculously complicated cars. If y you're tired of service that's subpar and prices that give you tachycardia, try this place. You'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

Mike was very helpful with several questions. Quick, courteous, expert repair. I will continue going. Terry read more

Took 2 days for a "simple" (their words) car horn repair and I had to call to check in because they weren't calling me to let me know anything. Pretty sure they treated me poorly because of the Biden and pride stickers on my car (Fox news was playing in the office). It was just overall a terrible experience and I didn't have a good interaction with any of the men I spoke with. Will never go back and would give 0 stars if I could. I'm really not trying to be a Karen, I'm just trying to warn anyone who thinks this is a good company to go to. read more

Loved dealing with Hash. They were honest about their timeline, honest about what was broken, and quick to fix when they could. Will definitely go back again! read more

Took my wife's car in that was having some brake light issues. I got a call a few days later since it was over holidays and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost. They were very transparent and very accurate with the pricing on the initial call. I did call back after a week to get an update but they told me the parts were still awaiting arrival. The price I ended up paying was like $0.60 different from what they told me. Their work was very good and the car works great now! Thank you Hash imports! read more

Import cars are their own beasts, and it can be tough to find a reliable and trustworthy shop, especially as the cars age. Hash has been amazing. Josh and Mike and the rest of the team are incredibly customer-focused, provide honest feedback in diagnostic of concerns, and offer multiple solutions. They will even tell you when NOT to replace something. In one example, I had a noise in my frontend when braking. They diagnosed it as loosely fitting aftermarket brake pads clunking when re-seating in the caliper, and advised it was optional to replace at this time. I opted to replace them anyhow, but that type of honesty is missing from many shops. In another example, they replaced my transmission with a used unit with half the miles of the unit the dealer was able to source--and at significant savings. They also proactively replaced seals and such while everything was taken apart. I was back on the road in a few days. Getting work done on an import is hard work, and I trust the team at Hash to take care of us. If your dealer seems to be all about selling you a new car when you bring your 5+ year old import in, maybe it's time to make a switch! We'll definitely be back. read more

Took my daughters Jaguar for repair after several failed attempts at other repair shops. Took some time but eventually they were able to determine and fix the problem and for a lot less than I was expecting. Would definitely highly recommend and will return if needed. read more

Hash had the best estimate price for a repair my car needed. Not only did they fix the issue at a much lower price than World Wide Motors or other shops that work on Mercedes, they went above and beyond and corrected an issue I had tried to fix myself. Wonderful experience working with them and I highly recommend. read more

Took my 2013 BMW X5 in for some major repairs that I am sure would have cost 3x at the dealership. Extremely pleased with the work and reasonable cost as well as the quick turnaround time. Highly recommended! read more

I was told by two other shops that I needed to rebuild my transmission so as a last resort I took my BMW to Hash Imports. They found something very simple had become unplugged! I cannot begin to say how thankful I am to have taken my car to these guys. They saved me more than $4,000!!!! If you ever need a mechanic you can trust then you need to go to Hash Imports. I have become a lifelong customer just because they were always honest with me and they really go the extra mile. They even reset a light on my dash for free just because I was having issues. These guys are amazing! read more

This was our first time at Hash Imports. I talked to them earlier about servicing my diesel vehicle. They recommended another mechanic who's is great. We took my wife's car there for routine service. My favorite comment from Mike is "We are mechanics, not part changers." Highly recommend Hash! read more

I've been taking my Honda car to Mike Hash and his team on and off for years. These guys are the only mechanics I know of who will actually tell you when you don't need to replace something or when something can wait. They are honest and their prices are very fair. There's a reason when many times you call to make an appointment they have a few weeks wait ahead of you! I would recommend Hash to anyone no matter if they have a fancy foreign car or your run-of-the-mill Honda. read more

What an outstanding experience. I was on a road trip from Chicago to Florida and was recommend to this shop from someone I met earlier in the day as I felt the car was having a problem on the highway. They are welcoming, kind, and professional. I appreciated the honest assessment of my car. Also love the "living room" waiting room. They really care about customers here. Bravo! read more

I've brought 2 of my cars here and both were returned to me in worse shape than I left them! I tried to get over it because of the great reviews I read about Hash, but one was returned with a nail in the tire causing it to go flat on the way home, the second I brought in running fine but with the check engine light on, but when I went to pick it up it didn't run anymore! I couldn't even drive it home and was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, and to pay up and tow it away. So frustrating!! read more

Extraordinary service! The mechanic stay late the day I dropped off my car and had it ready in less than 24 hours saving me 2 to 3 days of rental car costs. They worked my emergency repair needs in among appointments they had scheduled in advance for 2 1/2 weeks. Quality work and very fair prices from an auto repair business that is trustworthy! I won't take my car anywhere else. read more

Awesome customer service! I was in town just for the day to purchase a car. They were slammed, but still managed to squeeze me in for a pre-purchase inspection. I highly recommend!! read more

These guys are great - love it when a mechanic is really honest with you about whether or not an issue REALLY needs to be fixed. These guys do such great work that they don't need to talk people into spending money unnecessarily. The sign of a good mechanic is that you don't have to see them very often. I had a really old VW bug with a lot of issues before I started going to them, and anytime I brought them my car, they had it fixed - for good. They also fixed my car right on the spot when I had it towed in unexpectedly. Best service possible, and great guys. read more
