Very friendly and professional staff that knows what they are doing. (Kelly and Jeremy were great!) They provided me with multiple updates while the work was being completed and they finished exactly on the day the said they would. (Which was nice for planning purposes.) They made sure to remember all the small details and truly went above and beyond by doing a complete interior clean of my truck so that it would be nice and fresh for me when I picked it up to take it back home. My car was hit by a rock while I was driving on the highway and the damage included a couple of dents in the hood and a cracked windshield. Since the hood was damaged as well as the windshield, my insurance company sent me to Burnside rather than just a windshield place. There was a 6 week wait to get an appointment, but since my car was drivable, this wasn't a big deal. When I brought it in, they estimated the repairs would take 3 days and they did a great job of coordinating with a rental car company and my insurance company. I received texts updating me on the progress of repairs including one that said it was almost done on the day before they had estimated it would be done. Then...silence...so, I called them on the day it was supposed to be done, a Friday, and they said the windshield hadn't come in yet, but that it should be in by Monday and they could install it the same day; they said the texts were automated based on the estimated completion date, and had no relationship to the actual progress on the work. OK, things happen, particularly with all the supply chain issues, so no big deal. On Monday...silence...I called them again, and they said no windshield yet, but it would be in by Wednesday. By Friday...now a week past when they had said it would be done...still no windshield...while I had them on the phone, I asked if I could just come pick up my car and wait for the windshield to come in, and they had no problem with this, but said it would probably be in on Monday and so I'd likely be coming right back. When I arrived to pick up my car, the hood looked great! Seriously, it looked like new! They had done a fabulous job on that. At this point, I mentioned to one of the repair people that I had found online that windshields were taking months to come in, and he agreed that this was true and that they were having major problems getting windshields and other parts in a timely manner. Hmmmm...if they would have just said this upfront, I could have just kept my drivable car until the windshield came in...again, we all know that supply chain issues are very real right now! Anyway, the windshield finally came in about 6 weeks after this point...so I was REALLY glad I picked up my car when I did. They then installed the windshield in a couple of days, and did a great job. They re-calibrated the Subaru eye-sight camera, and even stayed around a bit past their closing time to finish up my car on that last day that they had it so that I could pick it up before a run of days at work that would not have permitted me to get there during the hours that they were open. In summary: these are really nice people who do high-quality work and do a wonderful job coordinating with insurance companies and rental car companies. Their area for improvement would be clear, and realistic communication. Also, pro-tip: if you leave a message with anyone other than Rita, do not assume that Rita will get the message...just call back and talk to Rita. read more

I had recently ran over a deer and my front bumper was toast. Burnside was recommended through my Geico insurance and they had my car fixed in a little over a week. It was almost $4000 in repairs. They worked out everything with my insurance and Enterprise for my rental. They have a text message system that kept me updated with what was being done and how long it would take. They are a very reputable shop so they are pretty busy. When my car was returned it was vacuumed and washed and all I needed was my $1000 deductible. From going through the Geico Repair Xpress all of the parts that were replaced have a lifetime warranty as long as I'm the owner of the car. I will be going here from now on for all of my car repair needs (fingers crossed it wont be any time soon). Ms. Rita in the front is a doll. read more

Rec'd excellent service. Needed to have my car repaired due to a rear end collision. From the estimate through the completion of repairs, I received nothing but the best service. It took 16 business days for the repairs, which I don't think is a bad time frame. With supply chain issues, we had to wait for parts, which was okay because in the middle of the 16 days I was on vacation so it wasn't a rush to complete the repairs. If I could leave a zero stars I would. My vehicle went in to have roughly $7,000 worth of repairs done & I got it back with a blown motor. They are saying it came to them that way- why in the world would anyone put that kind of body work into a vehicle that is inoperable?! Do not trust them with ANY repair, now I'm left with no vehicle & as someone who used to do body work, the repairs were less than quality- do not recommend. read more

After looking them up I thought they would be a good selection to fix my vehicle. I was wrong. Upon initial pickup of my vehicle the wrong emblem was installed. There were also alignment issues with the front bumper, the hood, and the fenders. Not to mentioned the newly found scratch on the passenger side mirror. Left it there for the corrections to be made and after about a week they contacted me saying it was done. Picked it up to see corrections were made but noticed that their tech damaged my window trim while installing the mirror and they said that they would not cover the repair. My vehicle left my house will no damage to the passenger side mirror and window trim. It got damaged in their possession. They have no accountability and lack integrity!
