They first told me the repairs will take 2-weeks, after 2-weeks, they told me it's not ready, need another 2-3 days. Then I call back after 3 days, they told me the car is in paint shop, need another 2-3 days. Then I called back again after 3 days, they told me they don't have the car and don't have the documents ready yet, will need another 2-3 days. They keep changing the story, just don't know how to get the job done! Will never trust this place! read more

I have lived in Zionsville seven years and have never ventured to this area before, I didn't even know this place was here. My vehicle was backed into and I had to get it repaired. To complicate matters, I drive a company car, so we had to play the telephone game through the fleet administrator and wait for approvals. Since we've been on covid lockdown, accidents have decreased according to the state patrol, so it wasn't that big of a surprise I could stop in on a Monday morning 90 minutes after the accident to get an appraisal by Derek. I dropped the car off Friday, and it was ready for pickup the following Tuesday after the accident. I will say the estimate was double what the cost ended up being-I know it can be hard to know what damage is done underneath until you start taking parts off. What can you do? In addition, my car was washed, wheels shined, vacuumed, wiped down, and sanitized prior to me picking it up. The vehicle looked better than when I picked it up brand new. I felt like a VIP! It is obvious everyone here takes pride in what they do. From the receptionist (I wish I would have gotten her name, she was very sweet!) to Derek-calling me to update me on additional parts he had to order, and finishing in a very timely manner (again, probably due to less business due to less accidents). I used to drive a Ford, and previously had repairs done around 106th and Michigan, and the service here was far better. I would choose this place over that one any day. My car was recently destroyed by hail damage. I have never had to go through insurance for anything so this was a whole new experience for me all together. When I dropped off my car the shop was nice enough to drive me to my rental car place even though it was a little further than the rental shop most of their customers use. Danielle the manager was so kind to keep me updated through the whole process and I got my car back way faster than I even expected and it looked awesome. I'd also like to mention how friendly and awesome she was. I've had a few concerns with my car lately outside of the hail damage that she was kind enough to give me some tips that no other shop has done in regards to some issues I've had with my side view mirrors. The lady working at the front desk was also super nice and helpful when my insurance company did not quote my correct deductible payment. The manager Danielle and her staff made this very stressful situation seem like a walk in the park.
